"Everyone Gets Shocked to Listen to Maaya's Story,
Anupamaa Wipes Her Tears and supports her " Anupamaa Upcoming 6th February
2023.
The episode begins in the Kapadia mansion. Maaya accepts that she was a bar dancer and how her life was difficult and had to sell her respect.
She tells that not all men are like Anuj who respects women but are like Arun too. She shares how ordinary her life was and her father taught her sanskriti being a priest. She breaks down into tears when Anupama holds her hand. She blames how her first love destroyed her life completely. She tells how lost she was in the love of that boy and ran away with him to Mumbai.
She shares how she got married in the temple and went to her husband left her in the darkness. She tells that smuggling of girls are still done in the country and Sushma is a victim too. She tells how she tried to run away from the trap but got caught and badly beaten up. Sushma hugs her when she gets emotional. Maaya tells how she was beaten up and couldn’t tolerate the pain any longer.
She narrates how humiliated she felt as she had to sell her respect forcefully. She tells everyone the day she got pregnant but didn’t know who the father is as she was molested by a few men and knows that Anu is the daughter of one of them. The family feels disheartened hearing Maaya’s story. Maaya accepts that she isn’t sure who Anu’s father is but is grateful to her daughter for giving her new hope to live her life.
She tells how she was again beaten up when she decided to keep her baby. She shows the scars in the back. She tells them that she decided not to give up anymore and leave that place.
She tells how the people who used her wanted to use Anu as well when she grows up. She shares the struggle of giving birth to Anu and how she ran away after her and went to the orphanage to keep Anu there.
She tells Anupama how she missed her family and went to meet them but got to know that her father had passed away long ago and her mother blamed her for her father’s death. She gets emotional recalling how her mother didn’t let her step into the house and considered her death. She tells how she gave birth to herself again and became the Maaya she is now.
She shares how she completed her studies and helped girls like Sushma to come out of the trap. She tells everyone that she has come back to take her daughter and doesn’t care who judges her. She blames Anuj and Anupama for not taking any steps for Ankush’s illegitimate child who’s deprived of his father’s love.
She reminds everyone how men like Vanraj, Paritosh, and Ankush cheat on their wives but never get questioned about their past. She tells Anuj that a mother is a mother and her past doesn’t matter. She asks Leela if she doesn’t agree that blood relations are important and that’s why Vanraj is forgiven and so does Paritosh and Pakhi even after committing blunders.
She claims that Anu is her daughter and she is her biological mother. She tells Anupama that she is here to take Anu back though she has her past but isn’t wrong. When she cries hugging Sushma, Anupama wipes her tears and hugs her.
Anupama praises and salutes Maaya for struggling so hard and calls her to be the bravest woman. Anuj agrees with her and apologizes to Maaya for misunderstanding her and misbehaving with her.
Kavya tells Maaya that she’s an inspiration while Kinjal wishes to be a mother like Maaya. Vanraj feels that Anu is fortunate to have a mother like Maaya. Ankush apologizes to her too. Maaya thanka everyone for understanding her but what matters to her is Anu’s thought about her.
Anupama tells Maaya that women are like bangles but
men don’t care about it and forget that a woman can stand up too. She questions
Ankush if Maaya is wrong for loving a boy and feels that everyone should think
again and again before judging a woman’s character. She is thankful to Maaya
for giving birth to Anu.

Vanraj gets fed up with Paritosh after he comes to know that Paritosh has given Hasmukh’s factory papers to a lawyer secretly. He throws him out of the house. Later, Paritosh falls on the street and becomes unconscious.
