"Anupamaa Cries her Heart Out, Takes Out Her Anger Big Twist Coming Up " Anupamaa Upcoming 10th October 2022.
The episode begins in the Shah house. Anupama drinks a glass of water in the kitchen when Vanraj enters and asks her if she’s fine.
She nods her head. Vanraj tells her that it’s difficult for parents to punish their children. He’s glad that Kinjal has given him a chance to Paritosh. Anupama reminds him that Kinjal has just given him a chance but didn’t forgive Paritosh. She requests him not to force Kinjal into making any decision regarding Paritosh and her relationship. Later, she goes back to Kapadia's house. As she enters the house, she finds a letter from Anuj in the living room.
She reads the letter when he has asked her to vent out all her frustration on the pillow kept. She picks up the pillow and screams out loud recalling the incidents. She tears up the pillow. Anuj notices her and feels it was necessary for her mental stability. He goes and sits beside her. She hugs him and keeps her head on his lap. Paritosh sits outside when Samar and Pakhi accompany him with a cup of coffee in their hands. He asks his siblings not to hate him as he’s not an easy person to deal with but not a bad person from the heart.
He asks them not to worry as he won’t hurt Arya. Samar tells him that he’s not a bad person but his anger is dangerous. Paritosh decides to be a good father and keeps trying to win back Kinjal’s heart again. Leela notices the three of them together and is glad that Samar and Pakhi are there for Paritosh. Anupama woke up as she slept for a while on Anuj’s lap. She apologizes to him for falling asleep. Anuj asks her not to worry as he has texted Kinjal and Samar and got to know that the situation is better there.
Anupama thanks him for his support and the idea of the
pillow tearing to vent out frustration. She feels that Paritosh needs it the
most to throw out his frustration. She worries for his son as she feels that he
needs counselling. Anuj tells her that he has talked to Devika about it and her
friend has a wellness centre for mentally unstable people. Anupama wonders how
he always understands her situation so well. They both go back to their room to
take a rest.
Vanraj wakes up from his sleep suddenly to meet Kinjal and Arya as he’s worried about Paritosh’s madness. Kavya stops him and asks him to relax as Paritosh has come out of that phase. She hugs him and feels that his heartbeats are getting faster. Vanraj feels disgusted at Paritosh for embarrassing him again and again. He wonders how he’s going to face others.
Kavya asks her to forget everything and get ready to celebrate Dussera. In the morning, Leela and Hasmukh prepare for the pooja in the house. Hasmukh tells her that they cannot retire but look after their family even at this age.
Leela thinks that Kinjal will not be staying in the house for longer and asks his opinion about it. Hasmukh asks her to leave things over time. Leela tells him that nothing is right in the house and that relationships are breaking. She wants to find a girl for Samar’s marriage of her choice. Hasmukh asks her not to hurry up things as that might lead to spoiling things. Leela is adamant about her decision to prepare for Samar’s marriage.
Anupama arrives there and hears her thoughts on Samar’s marriage. She appreciates her for thinking about Samar but asks her to discuss with her everything before promising someone. Meanwhile, Anu and Anuj enter the house. Anu wishes everyone for Dussera. Anuj asks Vanraj not to relax. Anupama meets her children in the backyard. She asks Kinjal if she’s fine. Kinjal nods her head. Anupama asks Samar about Paritosh. Samar tells her that they didn’t forgive Paritosh but didn’t leave him alone too. Anupama tells him that Leela wants him to marry. Samar gets annoyed and asks her to stop Leela from finding a girl for him. Paritosh arrives there after fitting Arya’s toys.
Anupama asks him if he’s willing to go to the wellness centre which she has texted him in the morning. Paritosh agrees to go after the pooja. Later, the family sits for the Satyanarayan pooja. Samar keeps an eye on Paritosh. After the pooja is done, Paritosh takes blessings from the elders and takes Arya in his lap as he will be leaving for the wellness centre.
Vanraj asks him to keep trying to be a better version of himself. Paritosh promises to be a better person not only for Arya but for his whole family. She hands over Arya to Kinjal and promises her that he will come back as a better person.

Anupama and the other ladies of the family find Pakhi and Adhik coming out of a hotel room. Leela rebukes her for not upbringing her daughter well. Pakhi tells Anupama that she can decide her life.
