Kartik takes Naira and the baby downstairs for the Chatth
Pooja. The tag of Kirti's baby still lies on the floor of their room.
Kartik carefully takes Naira and baby down the stairs.
Bhabhimaa and Devyani bless the baby and Naira. Devyani says sorry to Naira of
she may feel some shortage in their happiness as it will take them some time to
handle themselves.

Naira asks them about
Naksh. She gets her answer from their silence. Suddenly, they hear loud drum
beating from outside. Naira gets surprised to see Naksh beating the drum at the
door. Despite his deep sorrow, Naksh comes there to grace the celebration of
his sister's baby.
To see Naksh, Kartik again remembers his sin. Naksh meets
Naira with a happy face. He brings a cute little pagdi for the baby as a gift.
Naira thanks Naksh fit the gift, they keep the Pagdi for Pooja and begin the
ceremony. Suhasini asks Naira to light the lamp.
Naira hands over the baby to Kartik and sits down to start the
Pooja. Devyani and Bhabhimaa start
singing a song for her. Naksh gives his
full support to Naira in the ceremony. Naksh's efforts remember Kartik of his guilt again and again.
Naira gestures Kartik to join her. Naksh takes the baby from
Kartik and sends him to join Naira. They begin their prayer. Naksh fulfills all his responsibilities of being the
maternal uncle of the baby.
Kartik feels guilty as he remembers the injustice to see
Naksh. Suhasini completes the further customs of the Pooja. The baby receives blessings and love from the whole
family.
Luv-Kush gets curious as Suhasini keeps a pen and paper near
the baby. They ask Suhasini what will the little baby do with the pen and paper.
Suhasini tells them that it is believed that this day Lord Brahma comes to
write the baby's destiny.
That's why this ceremony is organized.
Devyani calls Naira for the first prayer. Naira doesn't know how a mother prays
for her baby but she decides to learn it soon. For then, she prays for the baby
to get lots of love from the whole family and he may always be happy.
Kartik wishes in his mind for the baby's destiny not to be
harmed because of his unfair decision. Just as Naira completes the prayer, she
feels some pain. Surekha asks Naira to rest as much as she can and also
suggests Suhasini hire a nurse for her. Suhasini sends Naira to have rest.
Kartik goes to Naksh pampering the baby. Handing over the
baby to Kartik, Naksh says it's the turn of baby's father. He hands over the
little baby to Kartik and leaves. As the baby looks at Kartik, he thinks that
the baby must hate him after knowing the truth.
He apologizes to the child for the decision. Kartik is still
confused. While one side of his mind is encouraging him to speak out all the
truth, the other is afraid of the truth being revealed.
The family members encourage Naksh to give his all attention
to Kirti and maintain his courage. Just then, the police arrive at the Goenka
villa to talk to Naksh. On the other hand, Naira gets astonished to get the tag
of Kirti's baby lying on the floor of her room.
Kartik gets nervous to see it in her hands. Naira asks Kartik that it's of the baby who's
gone, then how it came there. Kartik somehow makes an excuse that he kept it
with him. Does Naira ask as his memory?
Kartik says yes.
She requests Kartik to keep it safe as watching it would
hurt the family members even more. Naira consoles Kartik and keeps the tag safe
in the cupboard. Kartik remembers the promise he made to Kirti to return her
baby.
Police inspector shows Naksh the CCTV footage of highway
that revealed Aditya's involvement in the accident. Naksh gets aggressive to
know that. When he held Devyani and others that Aditya did the accident
intentionally got his revenge, he feels guilty for forcing Kirti to work with
him.
Bhabhimaa consoles
him and assures him that Aditya will get his punishment. On the other hand,
Kartik gets nervous to see the nurse who knows the truth at Goenka villa. He
gets worried as he comes to know that Suhasini has called her to look after
Naira.
He asks Suhasini to call another nurse. Naira asks Kartik
what's wrong with this nurse. He refuses to answer the question and again asks
Suhasini to change the nurse. Kartik comes out and starts thinking about
Naira's reaction to know the truth.
While Kartik is questioning himself about hiding the truth
from Naira, he gets nervous to see Naira standing behind him.
