It's the time for Naira's next test. She's a bit nervous about the test as the result may impact her baby planning. Kartik calms down Naira sitting near the MRI machine and remembers her about her tantrums during her first MRI scan. Kartik wishes All the Best to Naira for the important test. The test begins. To deal with the nervousness Naira distracts herself by remembering the gala time she had with Kartik in the get-together. Doctor suspects worry over Kartik's face and ask him to calm down. When Kartik asks Doctor if the results will be fine? The doctor tells him about the uncertainty of the results.

After the scan, Doctor tells Kartik that there are no more clot and no more growth. Everything is fine. 




Kartik gets relieved to know the reports and hugs doctor with joy. Kartik goes to update their family about the good news.

Naksh wakes and gets astonished to see Kirti sitting by him. He asks Kirti why she came back suddenly? Kirti tells him that she was missing him and thought he might also be missing her, so she came to surprise him. But she got emotional to see him. Naksh expresses his happiness to see her back and tells her how much he missed her and the baby. 




Naksh is very excited for the baby.

Goenkas are waiting eagerly for Naira's health reports. Kartik sends Naira's reports to Manish. Manish tells everyone about Naira's fine reports. The whole family gets relieved to know about the reports. Suhasini expresses her happiness for Naira's reports to Gayatri. Gayatri is busy with her jewelry designs. Samarth sees Gayatri's designs and appreciates her. Suhasini enjoys Samarth getting frank with Gayatri.

Naira comes out after the scan and hugs Kartik with the joy of her reports. The report shows no clot and Naira thanks Ganga Maiya. Kartik offers sweets to doctor for the good reports. Doctor asks Kartik, Naira to learn about the medicines. Just then Kartik receives a call from Anish has to leave because of an emergency. Their manager had a heart attack and is admitted to a hospital nearby. Naira sends Kartik to support his family until she discusses the medicines with the doctor.

Doctor offers coffee to Naira but has to leave her alone because of an emergency. When Naira is waiting for the doctor to come back, a lady sits by her with a baby. Naira comes to know that the lady too had a clot in her brain. When Naira asks the lady about her baby planning, the lady tells her that she's lucky to plan the baby soon. She also tells her about an incident in which her sister-in-law too had a brain clot surgery. But her family waited to plan a baby until she gets fully alright. Unfortunately, her tumor reoccurred and doctors clearly refused her for the baby. The incident told by the lady shows a fear in Naira's mind and she gets more concerned for baby.

Naira fears that Kartik might reject her request for planning a child. Kirti is enjoying delicious feast a Goenka villa. Naira returns home. Everyone congratulate Naira for her fine reports and Kirti appreciates Naira for planning the get-together. And she asks her to prepare to plan for another get-together as her baby shower is about to come. Naira sees the excitement over her family's face for Kirti's baby.

Naira is waiting for Kartik to come back. Gayatri suspects the concern over Naira's face and asks her what's the matter. Gayatri helps Naira with her problem and asks her to keep calm and give Kartik some time to understand her demand. Suhasini is encouraging Samarth to get married soon. Suddenly, they hear a scream. The family comes out and discovers Kartik with a puppy.
