The episode begins in the Shah house. Vanraj and Barkha decide to be careful when Kanta watches them talking to each other.
Ankush motivates Samar and Dimpy for their dance performance. Samar gets emotional as he misses Pakhi and feels his sangeet be incomplete without her. Dimpy gets irritated at him for spoiling happy moments and blames Pakhi for not thinking about her brother before leaving. She remains quiet. Anupama consoles Samar and asks him to have faith in the almighty.
She asks him to enjoy his special moment as it won’t come back again. Vanraj agrees with her and feels that God has his plan. Anupama asks Samar to gear up for their couple's dance. Samar and Dimpy’s performance starts. Everyone cheers up for them. Anupama gets uncomfortable seeing Maaya getting close to Anuj. The dance performance gets over.
Anupama asks Kavya to start her dance performance now. Kavya requests her not to force her as she’s enjoying herself from a distance. Anupama asks her if she’s fine. Kavya tells her that she’s absolutely fine. Ankush’s performance starts next. Samar and Paritosh join him too. Kinjal takes over the hosting and asks who’s going to perform next.
Maaya gets excited and brings Anuj to the stage for a couple of performances. Vanraj tells everyone that Anupama and he are going to dance together too as Samar’s parents. Leela supports them as the parents should dance. Kavya gets disappointed.
Anupama-Vanraj and
Anuj-Maaya dance together as couple. Barkha feels this dance performance is to
be recorded. Both Anuj and Anupama recall how Anu left them and their
relationship started falling apart. They imagine that they have gotten
separated but overcome the situation and got back together again. In their
imagination, they dance together.
Soon, they come back to reality. Anuj decides to reveal the truth to Anupama and no longer keeps it a secret from her. Everyone applauds after their dance performance is done and dances together. Anupama brings Kavya who was sitting in a corner. Kavya leaves the dance floor. Anupama follows her. Anuj keeps noticing Anupama which Maaya realizes and feels that he’s upto doing something. She wonders if he’s going to reveal the truth to Anupama.
Anupama enters the room and looks for Kavya. She hears Kavya vomiting in the washroom. When Kavya comes out, Anupama asks her if she’s going to be a mother. Kavya nods her head. Anupama congratulates her and hugs her in excitement. She asks Kavya if she has done all the required tests and if both baby and she are fine.
Kavya tells her that everything is fine. Anupama hugs her again and tells her that she’s very happy for her. Kavya tells her that she has waited so long to embrace the journey of motherhood but Vanraj was never ready for it.
She feels that she has gotten a reason to live now. She gets emotional as she will have someone who will be her own. She tells Anupama that she had nobody to share this news with. Anupama is surprised as Vanraj isn’t aware of it.
Kavya tells her that she didn’t know about her pregnancy till she moved out of the house and went to visit a doctor after feeling uneasy. She knows that Vanraj will never accept her baby happily and so didn’t tell him about it. Anupama suggests her tell the truth to Vanraj as the baby is Vanraj’s. Kavya agrees that she’s right and decides to tell about her pregnancy to Vanraj in the right time.
Anupama advises her not to stay alone in such a crucial moment. Kavya tells her that her presence in the city would have been very helpful for her. Anupama asks her to call her whenever she needs her. She asks Kavya to take care of herself and the baby. She then talks to the baby too. Kavya hugs her and gets emotional. She asks Anupama if she had the chance to talk to Anuj.
Anupama tells her
that she had an incomplete conversation with Anuj and is waiting for him to
reveal the truth. While Anuj keeps looking for Anupama, Vanraj too wonders
where she is. Later, Anupama and Kavya come downstairs. Anupama asks Kavya to
enjoy this phase. She then goes to make her saree properly. Anuj sneaks out of
the dance floor and meets Anupama.

Anuj apologizes to Anupama for being the reason for her pain. Anupama tells him that she doesn’t need his love as he has given that right to someone else.
