"Kinjal Gets Panic Attacks Anupamaa Calms Her Down "  Anupamaa Upcoming 19th September 2022.

The episode begins in the Shah house. Anupama sits in the backyard alone when Anuj holds her shoulder. She breaks down in front of him.

 

 

 She asks him if she has done the right thing by exposing Paritosh in front of the family. Anuj praises her for taking the stand against the wrong though it was done by her son. He supports her for what she has done. She asks her if Anu and he have taken their meals. He asks her not to worry about them. When Leela fumes anger in the kitchen and blames Anupama, Hasmukh tells her that Anupama isn’t wrong but she is. Anupama gives medicines to Anuj.

Anupamaa 19th September Today's Episode Written Update

Vanraj comes and tells Anuj that they can go back home and take a rest without worrying about Kinjal. Anuj asks Anupama to stay back in the night. Though she doesn’t agree to leave Anuj, he insists her stay and take care of Kinjal and her baby. Anupama decides to talk to Anu before they leave. After she leaves, Anuj asks Vanraj to stop Leela from cursing and blaming Anupama for everything. Anu gets upset when Anupama tells her that she’s going to stay in the Shah house.

 

Anupama makes her understand that she has to stay with the baby. Anu agrees and leaves with Anuj. After they leave, she gets emotional in front of Hasmukh as Anuj, Anu and she has to understand every situation and why people like Paritosh and Leela never understand it.

 

 

 She is tired of staying away from her daughter and husband. She knows that she would have missed Kinjal and Arya if she had gone with Anuj and Anu. She gets fed up being divided between families. Hasmukh tells her that this pain is within every woman who has so many chores to do in the family and takes big decisions in life. He asks her to speak out to get rid of the pain instead of keeping it inside her heart.

 

Kinjal looks at the pictures with Paritosh, their baby, and the family. She feels like her happiness has been ruined in one go. She scrolls through the picture and loses her mind. Kavya comes running into the room and is shocked to see Kinjal in that state. She runs to call Anupama. Anupama comes to Kinjal’s room and asks Kavya to take Arya out. She holds Kinjal and asks her to calm down.

 

 Kinjal asks her why Paritosh didn’t think about Arya and her before betraying her. She wonders and panics about how Arya would grow up without her father’s love. She slaps herself and blames herself for loving Paritosh. She feels that there’s nothing called to love and if it was true then Paritosh would have never betrayed her. Anupama hugs her trying to calm her down.

 

 

 Kavya takes the baby downstairs and breaks down into tears. Leela asks her to give her the baby first. When Vanraj asks Kavya what the matter is, she tells them about Kinjal’s situation. She stops him from going to Kinjal as he wouldn’t be able to see her in that condition. Vanraj is glad that Anupama has stayed back in the Shah house as she can only handle Kinjal. Meanwhile, Kinjal sleeps on her lap. Anupama knows that the next journey will be difficult for Kinjal.

 

 She gives courage to her while she falls asleep. She motivates her to keep moving as a mother cannot stop. She goes downstairs when Vanraj asks her if Kinjal’s fine. Anupama tells him that she’s asleep and will know about her condition when she wakes up. She takes the baby from Leela and adores her. She tells the baby that both her mother and she have to be strong enough to be each other’s support. Later, Vanraj stands at a corner when Kavya calls him.

 

He tells her that he didn’t teach Paritosh to betray someone. He feels embarrassed. Kavya is disheartened as she can feel what Anupama went through when she came to know about their affair. 

Anupama stays awake all night to look after Kinjal and Arya. She gets reminded of the days when she came to know about Vanraj’s betrayal.
