Anupamaaa 16th January 2021 Episode Written Update "
Anupamaa Cuts Kavya's Kite, Vanraj Supports Anupamaa Kavya Gets Angry ".
The episode begins in the festival ground where the Shahs
have gathered to celebrate the Makar Sankranti.
Nandini teases Samar not able to save the kite from falling
off. She asks Samar where his focus was while flying the kite. Samar’s tongue
slips that his focus was on her diary. He changes the topic. He imagines
romancing with Nandini. His imagination breaks when Nandini gets irritated at
him for whispering in his mind always. Anupamaa continues to fly her kite.
Anupamaa 16th January 2021 Episode Written Update
The family cheers up
for Anupamaa and Vanraj. Vanraj notices Kavya’s kites which are in the hands of
few children. Kavya gives a flying kiss to Vanraj. Vanraj gets angry and focuses
on her kite. Everyone notices the writings which Kavya has written on her kites
to share feelings towards Vanraj. Kavya’s kite reads how she misses Vanraj, how
much she loves Vanraj and asks him to come back to her. The Shahs are shocked
by Kavya’s behaviour.
They find Kavya’s
presence in the ground. Anupamaa decides to cut others kites so that the Shahs
win. Vanraj gets angry at Kavya’s behaviour. He stands by Anupamaa’s side and
helps her with the kite. Anupamaa doesn’t notice Vanraj and misunderstands him
to be Samar. She instructs Samar while Vanraj follows it to help her win the
kite flying competition.
The kids too compete with Anupamaa on Kavya’s behalf. Kavya
is shocked by Vanraj’s behaviour as he helps Anupamaa. Anupamaa cuts Kavya’s
kite and doesn’t understand whose kite was it as everything was written in
English. She decides to cut other kites not knowing it to be Kavya’s and what’s
written on it. As she cuts the kites, she gets excited.
She also cuts the last kite of Kavya and jumps in joy. As she turns back, she finds Vanraj was helping her with the kite. She then notices Kavya and the kites which fell in the ground.

She reads whatever was written on the kite. Kavya feels insecure by
Vanraj’s behaviour. Anupamaa feels weird looking at Vanraj. She takes the
thread reel from Vanraj and keeps flying her kites. As she walks forward, she
slips her leg by another thread reel.
As she was going to fall, Vanraj holds her hand and saves her from falling on the ground. Vanraj and Anupamaa fall on the other side of the ground. Anupamaa grows conscious with Vanraj’s injured hand and keeps asking him if he’s okay. Vanraj too shows his concern for Anupamaa.
She picks up a thread
reel and cuts her hand intentionally. Her hands bleed and she shouts in pain.
Nandini runs to help Kavya. Vanraj stops himself from helping Kavya. Kavya
feels disappointed as Vanraj didn’t come forward to help her. Nandini takes
Kavya along with her. Anupamaa too decides to leave the place when Vanraj calls
her.
Vanraj tells her that he stopped himself from going to
Kavya. Anupamaa doesn’t understand Vanraj’s intention. Vanraj decides to tell
her something. As Vanraj was going to express himself, Kinjal calls Anupamaa
and takes her along. Vanraj reads Kavya’s kites. He then goes to Anupamaa and
asks her if she’s fine. Anupamaa suggests him to ask this question to Kavya.
Nandini puts a bandage on Kavya’s hand. She calls Kavya to be a psycho.
Kavya recalls the incident in the ground and restlessly asks Nandini if Vanraj is getting close to Anupamaa.
Nandini gets irritated at
Kavya’s behavior. Kavya keeps asking Nandini if Anupamaa shares the same bed
with Vanraj in the night. Nandini asks Kavya to stop it. She feels pathetic about
Kavya’s condition. Kavya tells her that love has made her a different person.
Nandini asks her to value and love herself.
She makes Kavya understand that love should be one’s
strength, not weakness. She requests Kavya to hold on to her self respect and
move on forgetting Vanraj. Kavya hugs Nandini and cries. She tells Nandini that
she loves Vanraj and cannot live without him. Nandini is shocked by Kavya’s
madness towards Vanraj. The Shahs come back to their house.
Leela suggests everyone pray together in the evening by
flying the sky lanterns. Kinjal is excited as she will be going to fly lanterns
in the sky for the first time. Leela shares a childhood story of Vanraj and
everyone laughs at it. Hasmukh asks everyone to go outside to fly the lanterns.
Samar goes running and asks everyone to give him a few minutes.
Kinjal thanks Paritosh for giving her such a good family.
Samar visits Nandini and asks her to join the Shahs. Nandini asks Samar what
his wish is. Samar tells her that he will wish what she wishes for and recalls
the diary. Pakhi calls both of them. The family flies the sky lanterns and gets
excited.
