Written Update " Naira's Sizzling Dance On Kartik's Bday Kaira's Romance".
The episode starts with Kartik. He brings the phone to
Kairav's room and there he is sleeping.
Kartik says to Suhasini that Kairav is still sleeping then she asks him to wake him up today as she wants to talk to everyone. Listening to this, Naira leaves after making an excuse for some work.
Kartik wakes up Kairav. Kairav talks a lot with the
family and he becomes so happy. Kartik sends Kairav to the washroom and brings
the phone downstairs to Naira and Akshara.

Suhasini asks Naira about Kairav and Kartik's birthday
celebration. She says Naira to make their birthday so special and suggests that
they should stay together that day. Kartik hangs up the call saying that he is
getting late for the office. Kairav opens his room's door but Naira hid before
Kairav could see her.
There in Goenka house, Kirti says to Gayatri that she should
not apart Kairav and Vansh as they both love each other and now Krish and Vansh
want to prepare a surprise for Kairav but she has issues with that also.
Gayatri replies that she doesn't want that who did wrong with her son may have
any relationship with his son. She further says that one-day Vansh will also
realise his mistake for trusting Kairav. Manish is listening to their
conversation and he becomes so sad.
Later Naira calls Kartik to her house. There Kartik tells
her that Kairav is busy with Ridhima on a video call. Naira says that it looks
that Kairav feels so good with Ridhima. Kartik replies he was sure about this
that's why he did the decision for the counsellor. Kartik asks Naira that if
she isn't happy with the counsellor's relationship with Kairav.
Naira replies she thought a lot about this and reaches to a conclusion that she decided to live in a separate house so that Kairav does not get the panic attacks again.

Kartik replies that he doesn't like that they live
in separate houses and he is trying to make things better now. Naira tells him
that she doesn't have any problem with Ridhima. This relaxes Kartik. Kartik
says that he was in dilemma from starting but now she has cleared his views.
They both hug each other
and Kartik thanks Naira. Naira says that like other doctors, Ridhima is a
doctor of heart. Kartik replies that sometimes parents can't heal their
children so they need a doctor and Ridhima is the same for them. Naira now
blames herself saying that she isn't a good mother. Kartik asks Naira not to
think so as that whatever they did was for their family's welfare and their
intentions were same.
Naira is happy now. Later Naira realises that she doesn't
decide Kairav's birthday theme yet. Naira asks the same to Kartik. Kartik
replies that birthday boys don't think about it. Naira replies that she is
asking for Kairav's birthday then Kartik replies his birthday too falls on the
same day. Naira replies that when they become parents then they have to think
about only their children.
Kartik teases Naira as she is talking like old people. Naira
asks Kartik to stop this nonsense talk with her and says that they should focus
on Kairav's birthday. In Goenka house, Suwarna asks Manish to take some rest as
he continued working in his office without taking any rest. Manish replies that
he can't stay at home because in every corner he just sees sadness and
loneliness only.
He blames himself for the separation of the family and says
that his punishment is that like his son he should also stay away from the
family and the house. Another side, Naira says to Kartik that she'll bake a jelly
cake for Kairav as it's the thing which remains constant for Kairav's birthday.
Kartik says that the cake and her both should be constant. Naira replies she'll
surely come to Kairav's birthday to make the cake and her constant.
Ridhima asks Kairav
about something special thing for his birthday. Kairav replies that his mother
used to cook a colourful jelly cake for him. Ridhima asks does he miss his
mother. Kairav recalls the bad memories with Naira and replies that he doesn't
want to talk to his mother. Kartik asks Naira that is she sure that she'll come
to Kairav's birthday.
Naira replies that
she'll come but will not come in front of him. In Goenka house, Krish and
Krishna are preparing greetings for Kairav's birthday. Vansh says that he also
wants to help them then Krishna replies that his mother with scolding him.
Vansh becomes sad and says that it's for the first time that he and Kairav will
not be together on his birthday.
The three children
pray that Kairav enjoys his birthday a lot with his parents. Later at midnight,
Kartik is on the terrace and there he gets a surprise when Naira comes with an
item dance performance. She says to be parents they're still Kartik and Naira.
Kartik replies that they're Kaira. Later they cut the cakes one for Kartik and
other for Kairav.

Ridhima and a lot of children are there in Kairav's birthday party. Ridhima asks to cut the cake then Kartik replies they'll do the same when Naira will reach. Kairav falls then Kaira catches him.
