Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Episode 21st August 2019 Written Update " Kartik-Naira As One For Kairav Vedika Feels Insecure ".
The episode starts with Naira pleases to Dr. Mehta as she wants to meet Kairav once but he says his condition is still critical.
Naira Kartik says that it's they're right then Dr. Mehta says he is unable to listen to them as he is not in his senses then Naira says she is his mother he will listen to her. Dr. Pallavi comes there and asks Dr. Mehta to let them meet as sometimes pray works and medicines not.
Kartik Naira goes to Kairav. In the Goenka house, Vansh sees everyone's and asks his mother that if he has done anything then Gayatri replies no. Vedika comes there and says to Vansh the everyone is tired then he asks about Kartik, Vedika replies that have gone somewhere much important. Vedika asks him to pray for which Kartik has gone.
Vedika asks if someone spoke to Kartik them Samarth replies that he said that there is no change in Kairav's condition. Kartik Naira goes into Kairav's room and starts crying seeing him in such a condition. Kartik Naira asks him to wake up but he doesn't respond, they both keep their hands on Kairav's hand then he becomes conscious, they become happy to see this. Dr. Pallavi comes there and says he is fine now and later they will do his tests and she leaves.
Kartik Naira, both kisses Kairav on his forehead, Vedika is seeing all this standing there and feels bad after seeing Kartik Naira together. Kairav says that he was afraid as when he was in Goa, Kartik was present there but he wakes up he wan not present there so this time also he thinks that he will not present when he wakes up. Kairav thanks Kartik and says he wants mother and father both then Kartik says that they are there. Kairav asks will they always remain together then Kartik says yes, Kairav becomes happy.
Naira sees Vedika standing there then Vedika leaves. Naira removes her hand from Kartik's hand. Vedika loses her sense and thinks that have I come between them. Dr. asks Kartik Naira to go out from the room as they want to Kairav's test and he needs rest. Kairav asks Naira not to let his father leave them, Kartik replies to leave is his mother's habit not of his father. They come out then Naira asks Kartik to inform the family members that Kairav's is fine but Kartik replies from when she cares for his family's troubles and he leaves. Kartik calls to his family and informs them that Kairav's is fine now.
Everyone becomes happy then Manish asks him about Vedika whether she reaches there but Kartik doesn't hear it and hangs up the phone. Gayatri says after the comeback of Naira and Kairav there is no value of Kartik and Vedika's relationship. Suhasini says that Naira comes back only in this city, not in Kartik's life, Kartik's wife is Vedika now and Kairav is his son only.
Naira sees Vedika but before she spoke to her Manish and Samarth comes there and asks Vedika, what's she doing there as she should be inside with Kartik and Manish asks her that she has to go home with Kartik for prayer and they will stay there. Suhasini says to Vansh that Kairav's is Kartik's son but he doesn't understand how.
Suhasini asks the servant to do all the preparation fast as they have less time. Vansh confuses that how Kairav is Kartik's son. Suwarna tries to talk about Naira to Suhasini but she stops her. Suwarna says to Surekha that they have to think about it as Suhasini is ignoring that thing. Naira goes to Kairav but she goes out when she sees Manish and all others standing behind. They all say that Kairav is so cute and sweet and is just like Kartik, Naira listens to all this.
Kartik comes there and asks them why they come there as only he and Kairav's mother is allowed to go in. They ask Kartik to go with Vedika for some rituals but he refuses then Vedika feels so bad.

Nurse have Kartik's card then Vedika asks her to give her but she gives it to Naira then Naira gives it to Vedika and says sorry to her but Vedika goes rudely from there.
