Kartik falls on his knees as the goons injure his head. His
eyes start getting blurred. Naira rushes to him to hold him, but the goons pull
her away and start beating Naira.
She agonizes after
watching Kartik in such condition and tries to free herself from the goons. She
shouts for help, but the Dhaba is away from the place so nobody hears her
voice. The goons notice her expensive engagement ring and try to pull it out.
She pleads to them to leave the ring and take her stuff and her wallet, but the
goons snatch her ring.
As one of them move
ahead to attack Naira, Mihir comes there suddenly with some other people. They
start beating the goons. Kartik feels dejected that he couldn't do anything for
Naira. She rushes to Kartik. Mihir takes Kartik to his car to take him
hospital. They rush the car towards the hospital. Naira is getting worried
sick. Mihir assures her that Kartik will be alright. Kartik is disappointed as
he failed to do anything for Naira.
As Kaira arrive home, everyone gets shocked to see Kartik
injured badly. Mihir and Naira support Kartik to help him to walk. Kartik
requests the family to stop getting worried. Mihir requests Naira to give him a
minute and Naira goes to talk to him. She tells everyone about the whole
incident. Kartik gets angry at himself that he couldn't save his Naira. In his
anger, he starts throwing things here and there and the family tries to calm
him down.
As Naira wipes his tears he realizes that no such thing
happened and it was his delusion. Samarth asks Mihir how did he reach there?
Mihir tells them that he was returning from the fort with some clients and
stopped there for some tea. His friends heard a noise and took them to place
where the goons were misbehaving with Naira. They overpowered Kartik because he
was alone, but fortunately, Mihir had five to six people with him. Naira and
the family thanks Mihir with joined hands for saving Kartik's life and Naira's
honor.
Mihir requests them to stop thanking him as he feels
uncomfortable. He takes a leave from Goenka villa. Naira stays with Kartik.
Later, Kartik gets panicked as the incident flashes in his mind. Naira calms
him down. She feels sad as she lost her
engagement ring. To fill the space, she writes Kartik's name at the place of
the ring. She hides her tears, wears a smile and tends to Kartik.
The next morning, Suhasini holds Naira when she feels dizzy.
Suwarna offers water to her, but she refuses to drink. She tells them that she
is fasting, so she can't drink water. Suwarna asks her why is she fasting when
there is no such occasion. Naira tells them that it's her vow for Kartik to get
well soon. The family members request her to drink water and she has also gone
through physical and mental stress and she has to also take care of Kartik.
They know that Kartik
got injured, but Naira has also gone through a lot. But, Naira refuses to drink
water. She wants Kartik to get well soon. She can't explain to them how she
felt when Kartik was partially unconscious and how is she feeling now when he
is so upset.
Through her sacrifices, she wants to convince God to make Kartik
well soon. She requests them to let her fast and the family has to allow
NairaKartik is feeling jealous that Mihir saved Naira when he failed to do so.
He hates himself as he failed to fulfill his responsibility of Naira's safety.
The family prays together for Kartik's health. Manish and
Akhilesh have another trouble over their head. They signed a contract relying
on Kartik, but he is not fine now. Later, Naira cooks kachori for everyone. The
family tries to cheer Kartik up. As Kartik starts feeling better, he receives a
call from Mihir. Mihir asks him about his health and then asks him if he can
give the phone to Naira as he tried to call her, but couldn't reach her.
Kartik gives the phone to Naira. As it was noisy there,
Naira goes to a corner to talk to Mihir. Kartik gets suspicious when Naira goes
to the corner to talk to Mihir.

Kartik hears Manish telling Naira about the contract
he signed relying on Kartik. He requests Naira to handle the project with Mihir
as Kartik is injured. Kartik wants Naira to say that she doesn't need anyone
else when he is with her. What will Naira reply?
