Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Episode Written Update 12th December 2018 "Naira is Pregnant ".

Episode Start with Upset Naira misses her mother Akshara. To deal with the confusing mood swings, she tries to get an answer in Akshara's written book. She reads how Akshara felt during her pregnancy and feels it similar to herself even when her preg test was negative. She again suspects that she might be pregnant but she decides to give up the thought as she doesn't want to upset Kartik anymore. Also, she hides the book to keep it away from Kartik. Kartik enters the room.

To see again gets disappointed that Kartik doesn't understand her. On the other hand, Kartik also wishes Naira to understand his concern. 




This continues their resentment from each other.

Kirti desires Naksh to pamper her. But Naksh is too busy with his work. Bhabhimaa notices swelling in Kirti's feet. Naksh, Bhabhimaa, and Devyani get concerned for her. Naksh immediately starts massaging Kirti's feet. His concern immediately cheers Kirti. Singhanias leave no stone unturned to look after Kirti's joy. Kirti feels lucky to be blessed with such a caring family. Later, Devyani massages Kirti's feet and Kirti enjoys gala time with Devyani and Bhabhimaa. 





Naksh sees them together and captures the three generations- Baby, Mother and two Grandmothers in one frame.

Samarth says Goodbye to Goenkas to get back to his work. Kartik goes to leave him at the airport. Luv-Kush notices tears in Naira's eyes and asks her the reason. Naira nods to reply nothing. Luv, Kush ask her to continue dance practice to cheer her mood. Suwarna encourages Naira to dance to distract herself and uplift her mood.

Naira ties up her ankles and starts dancing. Meanwhile, Kartik reaches the hospital to get Naira's reports. Kartik gets the report but before he may read them, he meets Rishabh and starts talking with him. The doctor sees Kartik at the hospital and moves ahead to talk to him about Naira. But before he reaches to Kartik, Kartik goes out talking with Rishabh. The doctor doesn't find it necessary to stop him because he knows he'll surely come back after watching the reports. As he'll have to look after Naira because "Naira is pregnant".

While dancing, Naira again faces dizziness and vomiting. She's too much confused about her health and mood. Her eyes again move to the preg test kit and she notices that it has expired. She gets more suspicious about being pregnant and decides to go to the doctor for a check-up. Suhasini notices Naira going out in hurry. Just as Naira leaves for the doctor, Kartik arrives home. He gets confused when he doesn't find Naira home.

Naira reaches to the doctor for a check-up. She's too nervous about the results. During the check-up, she remembers when Kartik said if they haven't talked about her pregnancy and she would be pregnant, he wouldn't like to continue. Naira waits impatiently to know the results.

Kartik reads Naira's reports that leaves him astonished. He decides to talk to a doctor about Naira. On the other hand, Naira's wait also ends. The doctor gives Naira the good news of her pregnancy. Naira gets overwhelmed as she comes to know that she's pregnant. She enjoys her reports and is much excited about the baby. She sees the pictures of a baby hanging in the hospital and imagines herself with her baby. But her joy soon turns into worry when she recalls how Kartik reacted to her request for a baby. She's afraid of his anger and nervous to share the good news with Kartik.
