Naira receives a sweet birthday surprise from her family.
She comes downstairs looking for Kartik and meets everyone coming to her with
blessings and bouquets. Kartik comes to her with the biggest and the most
beautiful bouquet.

Just as Kartik tells Naira that Kirti-Naksh and others are also coming to wish you, Singhanias arrive at the door, shouting "Happy Birthday".
Kirti, Naksh, Bhabhimaa, and Devyani wish Naira and give her birthday presents. Naira receives many blessings and love from all. Kartik tells everyone that the most special part of the surprise is still left. He has a lot special for his special wife. All are excited to know Kartik's further planning. Kirti suspects if it can be related to Naira's pregnancy. Suhasini suspects that Singhanias know more about Kartik's surprise than them.

The party begins. A special seat comes for Naira and Kartik
himself takes her to the seat. He introduces her as The Royal Highness Queen Naira Kartik Goenka and tells
everyone that he's going to present something special on the occasion of her
birthday. Naira again tries to inform Kartik about her pregnancy and asks him
to go to their room first. Kartik tries to explain Naira that everyone is here
and how can he leave the guests. But when Naira sticks to send him to the room
he has to accept Naira's request and go upstairs to check the room. Meanwhile,
Luv-Kush begins the party with their
magic show.

They amuse everyone with their amazing magic tricks. Naira is waiting for Kartik to return. Luv, Kush present a soft toy with their magic and gift it to Naira. Naira hugs Luv-Kush to thanks them. Kartik is moving towards their room. He's excited to know what's in the room. But receives an important call on the way and has to go to the back door for some work. He thinks whether he should go for his surprise first or for Nairas.

Suhasini expresses her regret to Bhabhimaa that she couldn't
bring any special gift for Naira. When Bhabhimaa replies it's ok it happens,
Suhasini asks is she also forgot to bring the gift? Bhabhimaa shows her the
self-knitted sweater she brought for Naira and also the socks she made.
Suhasini gets confused to see the little cute socks but before she could ask
anything from Bhabhimaa, Naksh takes her for some other work. Kirti's words
echo in Suhasini's mind and she gets more suspicious.
When Kartik takes much time to return, Naira asks Naksh to
excuse her and goes to look for Kartik in
the room. But she can't find Kartik there and starts searching for him. She
notices the back door open and thinks
that Kartik got upset and went out. She tries to check out the back door but Luv, Kush takes her back to the party. They get her back to her seat and
suddenly and heart falls into her lap. She looks at the front door and a man in
Tiger costume enters the party. Sitting on its knees, the tiger says I love you
my sherni. Naira realizes that it's kartik. Kartik puts off the tiger mask and
starts the fun with Luv-Kush. Naira is
confused if Kartik saw the surprise in the room or not.
Naira receives a series of surprise from Kartik and later,
they start dancing together. As Kartik turns Naira while dancing, Bhabhimaa
warns him and says Kartik, Don't swing like that. It may harm the baby. Just as
the words strike to Kartik's ears, he gets frozen. Bhabhimaa also says Be
careful. You should take more care for the first
three months. When Kartik and others stand they're
astonished, Naira thinks how they knew about her pregnancy. When Kartik stands
still with shocking expressions, Manish asks if he knew this earlier? Kartik
has no reply to the question and goes to his room. Naira couldn't stop her
tears to see everything messed up.
Kartik reaches his room and sees the surprise Naira prepared
to inform him about the good news. Naira also comes there to explain Kartik.
Kartik tells her that he's upset from her.
But Naira gets astonished when Kartik completes his sentence and says I am
upset as I came to know about this good news after all.
