Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Episode 18th September 2019 Written Update " Naira-Kartik's Happy Moments Vedika Tells Naira to leave ".

 The episode starts at Goenka house. Surekha please Akhilesh to say that it's all a lie. Surekha asks him to say it once then she will never ask him anything.

Akhilesh says sorry to her. Listening to this Surekha falls unconsciously and Suwarna holds her. As Akhilesh raises his hand to hold Surekha, Suwarna asks him to stay away. Suwarna and Gaytri let Surekha lie on the sofa. Suhasini asks Akhilesh to leave this house. Akhilesh accepts his mistake and begs her to not get him out of the house and says he is ready for the punishment. Suwarna says to Akhilesh that he cheated his own children and wife and to this girl also.

Akhilesh says it's not all his fault but he was unable to stop himself that time. Suhasini gets Akhilesh out the house and warns him not to enter again. Crying Akhilesh leaves the house. Samarth supports Suhasini. Liza says sorry to Naira as just because of her many other relations also ended up. Liza also leaves the house. Samarth asks Kartik and Naira whether they knew about all this.

Kartik says but they didn't understand how to tell everyone because they are afraid of Surekha. Suwarna says to Naira that it's good that she didn't tell to anyone as they might not trust her.

Naira says sorry then Suwarna says there is no need to say any sorry because whatever she did was right. Suhasini also says to Naira that she did right. Naira takes Suhasini to her room. Vedika thinks why Kartik didn't tell her anything then Naira comes there and asks her to talk to the doctor as Suhasini's health doesn't seem to be well later she says sorry to her as it's her house and knows well.

Vedika thanks Naira for whatever she did for her family and then suggests her to go with Kairav back as Kairav is fine now. Naira says she understands very well what she wants to say.

 Suwarna prays to Ganpati to take away all their sorrows. Naira thinks about whatever Vedika said then she accidentally meets with Kartik. Kartik asks her to listen to him once but Naira roams here and there and says she had work. Kartik stops her and tells her that Kairav's doctor called him and he is fine now. Suwarna asks Surekha whether she is fine then Surekha starts crying.

Suwarna consoles her and asks her to take some rest. Samarth and Gaytri say to Suwarna that they should find the permanent solution for this but Surekha will never forget this.

Samarth says that they will take care of Surekha. Suwarna says not to tell anything to the children.Surekha says Ganpati will do whatever is good for them. Kartik asks Naira to come to his room there Naira recalls the time when for the first time she entered this room. Kartik sees Naira's face and he also remembers the moments they spent together.

Kartik asks her to sit and see Kairav's reports. Kartik and Naira argue with each other to forget the situation. As Kairav's reports load they become happy to see this and hug each other. Kartik says the Kairav absolutely fine now. They celebrate the moment and dance together.

They hug each other and thanks to god as Kairav is fine now. As the phone rings they come to their senses. Vedika arrives the room and sees that they are talking to the doctor about Kairav that he is absolutely fine now. They thank to doctor. Vedika also becomes happy to listen this and it's a good thing for everyone as Naira will go back with Kairav. Kartik asks Naira that they should tell this good news to family also and he will celebrate this and enjoy with his son. Kartik goes to the Ganpati.
