The episode begins with Kartik apologises to Vedika and says the colour of Heena's colour is not dark yet but he promises that after some time, it will become dark.

Vedika replies if anything left then it will become dark, her Heena's colour landed before becoming dark. Vedika asks Kartik not to force himself and not to do anything for which he is not ready. Kartik says that he himself wants this. There in the hospital, Naira feeds Kairav but he refuses to eat and says he wants to go to his father and asks her to call him.

 Naira says to Kairav that she has told that he can't come then he asks her you didn't even tell him that I am in the hospital. Naira tries to divert his attention. Liza sees all this then Naira asks her what happens, why is she looking like this? Liza replies that if Kartik isn't moving on then she...if Vedika isn't present then after seeing you...means they two Kairav and she will be with Kartik but Naira jelly puts in her mouth and asks her to keep quiet and says that there Kairav and you recites the same name.

 Liza says to her that she hasn't even realized after listening to her and makes her mouth sweet it's a good sign then a nurse comes and says to Tina that Dr.Pallavi has called her. Naira asks the nurse whether Kairav's reports have come then she replies it may be the surgeon's call.

 In the Goenka house, they are celebrating the new beginning with a cake. Kartik and Vedika cut the cake. Naira asks Dr.Pallavi is everything alright, is there any complication then Dr. asks her to sit down and says that from which surgeon she wants to get treatment will not come. Naira calls to the surgeon to request him for Kairav's surgery but he refuses.

Dr.Pallavi asks her not to worry she will talk to another surgeon then Naira replies he had already done it in Mumbai then Dr.Pallavi replies Dr.Pareek but for him, she has to go Mumbai. Naira says she will do anything for Kairav then Dr.pallavi replies he can travel now as they gave him an injection and medicines that why it's immunity becomes strong and further says her staff will do all the arrangements, she herself wants to help but she has to go for her friend's Sangeet function. Naira does all the paper works.

 There in the Goenka house, the Sangeet has to begin, Kartik dances with Vedika. Liza says that they didn't have enough money then Naira replies there are in the bank also and first they reach the surgeon then she will arrange money from anywhere for her child.

Everyone enjoys the sangeet in the Goenka house but Kartik still reminds whatever Aaditya said. Naira asks Kairav why is he upset, as he always wants to go to Mumbai whenever he saw on the TV, Kairav replies it's because his father isn't there and asks her whether he is coming, you told him.

Naira replies to him that she didn't tell him if she tells him then came there leaving all his work then Kairav says his father is a hero he can do anything and can call Dr. here also to remove all the germs from his stomach. Naira says to him that Dr. has other patients also that's why they by themselves go there and when his father 's secret mission will over he also come there.Dr.Pallavi also arrives in the Goenka house and asks Vedika that when she had come to give her the card that she was happy but as everything is happening in actual she seems not to be happy, Vedika replies that there is nothing like that.

 While Naira is talking to the bank manager about a loan, Kairav calls to Kartik and there Vansh sees Kartik's phone but before they speak to each other Naira snatches the phone from his hands and asks him to sit quietly.

 Vansh tries to tell Kartik about the phone but Samarth asks him not to do this.Dr.Pallavi praises Kartik and Vedika as their couple looks cute then they take a selfie. Vedika asks Dr.Pallavi to come on time in their marriage, then she replies she will reach on time there isn't any emergency then she starts talking about Kairav and says there is a 4 years old child, he has a hole in his heart and needs surgery and now they have to Mumbai for the surgery but as she is a single mother they haven't enough money.

Kartik asks Dr.Pallavi to stop them from going to Mumbai. As Naira waits for the cab she receives a call from Dr.Pallavi. Dr.Pallavi asks her that someone wants them not to leave and says that her friend's fiance wants to help them and there is their known surgeon in Udaipur.Dr.Pallavi says that it's good that she came there, starts talking about them and he offers them a chance, this shows that there are good people like Vedika's fiance are present as they didn't even know each other but still he is ready to help them.

Dr.Pallavi further says that she asks Dr.Joshi to complete the paperwork and in the meantime, she will take the surgeon's number from Vedika's fiance and talks to him and if goes well the surgery will happen there.

Naira thanks Dr.Pallavi and asks her to thanks to Vedika's fiance also then Dr.Pallavi gives the phone to Kartik then Kartik consoles her that her child will be alright and says there is any reason that Dr.Pallavi talk about them and without having any relation he feels connected with them, he wants to help them. Naira isn't replied, hangs the phone and cries.

Dr.Pallavi thanks Kartik then he replies he may have previous life's connection with the child. Naira says to Liza that Kairav's surgery will take place there then Liza says she didn't even need to say anything to her as whatever is happening she can by herself can see all this.
