Rishabh moves ahead to take Naira home. Kartik takes a firm stand against him. This leads to a heated argument between them.

Mishti and Kuhu try to calm them down. Kartik gets annoyed by Rishabh's interference and warns him that if he sees him around Naira, he will not spare him. Mishti notices Naira missing from the spot. They see Naira rushing out.

Kartik and others follow her. Naira goes into a flashback and remembers when Kartik unveiled the truth. He told Naira that he's not Sid. In fact, Sid is nobody. Before telling the reality to her, Kartik shows her a picture of Goenka family including him and her. Naira remembers that Naksh introduced her to the Goenkas at Kirti's family.

She asks Kartik if he knows them? Kartik asks Naira to question her heart instead of questioning him. Further, Kartik tells Naira that he is the Sidharth she met in the dance class. But actually, he is not Sidharth. He guided as Sidharth to befriend her and get close to her. But, then he realized how wrong he did. Naira asks his name if he's not Sid.

Kartik replies- Kartik Goenka. Kirti's brother. And then he tells her everything about their relation. Naira gets into the car and asks the driver to move. Somehow, Kuhu also manages to get into the car.

 Kartik wants to stop Naira but she left. Mishti takes a sigh of relief as Kuhu accompanied Naira. Rishabh tells Kartik that his truth is out now.

 He lied to Naira even when her condition was so critical. He asks Kartik to be prepared for what's going to happen ahead and he thinks that Naira will not forgive Kartik.

Rishabh leaves. Kartik falls on his knees. Mishti remembers when she was a child she told Kaira about the confession box in church. Where God listens to their apologies and forgives them.

As Mishti turns to move ahead. Kartik asks her if she'll leave her BFF in such condition? She always supported him and this time too he wants her to help him.

Mishti has to stop to listen Kartik. As she bends down Kartik asks if she's too upset from him like others. He tells Mishti that everyone feels that he did wrong, but he didn't.

 He lied to Naira for the sake of their love and he didn't want to lose Naira. Still, anybody couldn't understand him. Kartik couldn't stop his tears.

Further, he tells Mishti that Naksh told Naira about that part of her life in which he's not there. He didn't want to upset Naira by telling her about himself. That's why he lied and posed as Sid.

Mishti tells Kartik that sometimes what we do isn't enough to tell someone how important they are to us. Kartik understands that she's talking about herself and tells her how hard he tried to find her. Mishti tells Kartik that she has now accepted that nothing is permanent in life. No relation, no friends, no family; everything keeps changing.

Kartik tells Mishti that she's wrong. Nothing changed. She's the same Mishti for them. He tells Mishti how important she's to her and bursts into tears as nobody understand what kind of pain he's going through. Mishti forgives Kartik and realizes that she has to do something for him.

Naira returns home and locks herself in the room. Kuhu receives a call from the principal, who reminds her that if they don't get the papers signed, they'll have to perform a the place of that girl and also win. Otherwise, they can be rusticated.

Naksh reaches the dance academy to get information about Sid, but the receptionist refuses to share information about any client. Later, he returns home and learns that Kartik is Sid. Just then, Kartik comes there to confront Naksh.

 Kartik tells Naksh that she can't separate her from Naira. Naira loves him even when she doesn't know who is he. Mishti comes there with Kartik's family. She thought that Kartik might need company.

 Manish supports Kartik against Naksh. He apologizes to Kartik as he couldn't help him before and asks Naksh to stop his whimsical. Kartik gets angry as Naksh talks rude to Manish. While Kartik tries to explain Naksh that he can't separate him from,  Naksh sticks to get him out of Naira's life.

 Naira comes between their argument with her decision. She goes to Sid and says that she told this to him earlier and now she's repeating this in front of everyone. Naira confesses her love in front of everyone.
