Update " Kartik-Naira's Sawan Milani".
After watching Bhabhimaa consoling Vedika, Kartik decides to
try the same. Akhilesh is confused about why Naira isn't doing anything.
He wonders if she doesn't want to return in Kartik's life.
Elsewhere, Kairav asks Naira about the Sawan Milani festival. Naira tells him
how ladies celebrate the festival with joy. When Kairav asks her how men
celebrate it, she recalls Kartik and her celebration that fills her eyes with tears.
She wipes her tears and prays to God to help her to keep her child happy
without Kartik. She has to take Kairav away from him, to let him move on.
At Goenka house, Vansh tells Kartik that Suhasini is not
taking her medicines. He asks Kartik not to tell Suhasini about him, otherwise,
she will scold him. Kartik thanks him and goes to Suhasini's room. Suwarna asks
Manish about the preparations to be done for the wedding. Manish gave the
responsibility to Akhilesh, but he didn't answer. Both of them noticed Akhilesh
in some stress. They think his tension with Surekha to be the reason.
Suwarna shares the
Gayatri and Samarth's matter with Manish. Luv-Kush is also not happy there, but
they don't want to return home. Vedika's hopes and Kartik's sorrow are at their
place. Kartik tries to act normal, but being a mother, she feels his pain. She
points out that nobody is happy in their family since Naira left them.
She hopes her to come back. Manish doesn't want her to live
in false hope and he reminds her that Naira is dead. He suggests her to give up
the false hope from Naira and pray for Vedika to bring back the same joy and
peace in their family, but Suwarna is not ready to do so.
Kartik gives the medicine to Suhasini, who forgot to take
them. While doing so, the words- "I am getting married for your health to
be good and you..." slip from his tongue. Suhasini asks him if she
pressurized him for the marriage. Kartik tries to avoid the discussion.
Further, Suhasini says that she knows he doesn't love Vedika, but getting
married is not a bad thing.
People do arrange marriage, even these days. She explains to
Kartik that people marry each other first and then falls in love with her and his
grandfather, and Akhilesh and Surekha's example. As Kartik leaves, Vedika comes
to Suhasini with a request. She wants to celebrate Sawan Milani at their home.
Suhasini happily allows her to do so and tells other ladies of the family to
help her. Bhabhimaa talks to Suhasini about Vedika. They hope Kartik and Vedika
to come close after marriage.
Suhasini is worried because she knows that Kartik still
loves Naira. He agreed to the marriage, but his mind is not ready.
Naira gives a surprise to Kairav, that fills him with joy.
She makes arrangements at their home to celebrate Kairav's first Sawan Milani.
The house is decorated with lights, with a swing in the center and some ladies
gathered. They start celebrating the festival.
Goenkas are also
ready to celebrate the festival. Vedika comes downstairs. Suhasini praises her
and tries to get Kartik's attention over her. Bhabhimaa tells Vedika to start
the celebration to recover the years they didn't celebrate it. Vedika starts
dancing and the other ladies join her. The celebration and the dance remind
Kartik of Naira. He leaves the celebration and moves to a corner with tearful
eyes. Naira starts celebrating the festival.
She recalls Kartik after watching Kairav dancing with a
dupatta. She rushes to a corner to hide her tears. Kairav follows her and finds
her mother shattered into tears. He asks if his father also danced like a girl.
Naira tells him how much she misses Kartik and how he entered into the function
as a girl twice. She tells Kairav how they used to celebrate all the festivals.
She handles herself and takes Kairav back to the celebration.
Surekha notices Kartik standing away from the celebration.
She goes to him to console him. Kartik tells her that the joy, the festivals
reminds him of Naira. He misses her every moment, every day. Suhasini
understands him. Kartik realizes that he should not leave the festival like
this. He moves ahead to join the family. Watching the festival takes him back
to his memories with Naira. He loses himself in those romantic celebrations.

Kairav falls unconscious amidst the Sawan Milani
celebration. On the other hand, Kartik rushes to save Vedika as the swing
breaks down.
