"Prerna-Komolika come Face to Face."
Anurag tries to get the attention
of Prerna busy with her work. But Prerna keeps avoiding him. Annoyed Mohini
notices Anurag following Prerna. While Shivani is excited to assume Prerna and
Anurag together. Shivani's phone rings and she gets astonished to listen to the caller. A peeved Shivani warns
the man not to call her again and clears that there's nothing between them and
immediately disconnects the call. On the other side, Anurag astonished of Prerna's
sudden ignorance wants to know the reason of her avoiding him.

Molaye sees Prerna serving drinks to the guests and tells her that she is supposed to supervise the waiters not to serve. But Prerna has no problem with her work. Molaye introduces Prerna as his personal assistant to a guest and appreciates her for her hard work.

Mohini again sees Anurag serving the guests with Prerna.
Prerna doesn't want him to help her, but Anurag wants Prerna to finish her work
soon to spare some time to talk to him.
Mishka also sees Anurag serving the guests with Prerna. She appreciates his hospitality and tells Nivedita and Mohini how he used to serve guests and even servants in London. Nivedita interrupts to point towards Prerna that here Anurag is serving with a servant. Mishka asks isn't Prerna his friend. Mohini clears to Mishka that Prerna is Molaye's secretary and Anurag just calls her friend.
Mishka also sees Anurag serving the guests with Prerna. She appreciates his hospitality and tells Nivedita and Mohini how he used to serve guests and even servants in London. When Prerna continues avoiding Anurag with her excuse of
work, Anurag pulls her aside to talk. He asks her why are you avoiding me?
Prerna recalls Mishka and answers am avoiding or not, why it matters to
you? Anurag tries to know the reason
behind Prerna's weird behavior.
He apologizes to her if she's upset from him for being rude on call. But Prerna just refuses to answer Anurag's questions. Anurag sees tears in Prerna's eyes and wants to know what's bothering her. While Anurag continues to fulfill his responsibility not to leave his friend upset. Prerna gets irritated of the word friend. After watching him with Mishka, she doesn't want to be near him and keeps on digging words to end everything with him. When Prerna counts Anurag's help as an obligation to her.

Anurag explains to Prerna that he just helped her, not for any appreciation but to fulfill his friendship. Shattered Prerna replies rudely to Anurag's explanation and says you fulfilled? Now what you want? Do you want me to entrust myself to you for this help? Prerna reply doesn't let Anurag gather words to give her any explanation further. He gets irritated and ends the argument with a 'Thank you'.
Prerna too feels guilty for talking to Anurag this way. She herself can't understand why she felt so jealous. She feels sorry for such weird behavior but still, she wipes her tears and prepares herself to get back to work.

Mohini calls Anurag and Mishka on stage to make a big
announcement related to him. She introduces Mishka as Anurag's partner to
everyone and announces them about being in love with each other. Anurag tries
to clear Mohini's doubt but couldn't. The announcement leaves Prerna dejected.
While the guests are congratulating Anurag and Mishka, Anurag's eyes stick to
Prerna wiping her tears. Molaye suspects the confusion over Anurag's face and
speculates that the relation is being imposed on him. He asks Mohini to talk to
him once.
Prerna couldn't see Mishka at the place she wanted herself
to be and runs out.
Being lost in her grief, Prerna comes on the way of
Komolika's car. Komolika's comes out her car to nag Prerna but the expressions
of Prerna's face stop her. Komolika understands it must be the situation of
heartbreak. She advises Prerna to learn to play
with hearts instead of giving heart to someone and leaves.
Precap For Kasautii Zindagii Kay Written Update 27th December 2018 :
While Mohini expects Anurag to agree to her
decision, Prerna reaches home and gets shocked to see Shivani unconscious on
the floor with the bleeding wrist.
