The episode starts with Barkha. She says that she wants a police investigation so that the truth will come out.

 

Shah's family gets so worried after learning about Barkha's real intentions. Kavya replies to Barkha that there is no need for any investigation because she has already told everyone what she saw there. Barkha asks her that she isn't sure about anything then how they can believe her. Barkha argues with Kavya and blames her that she'll never tell the police that Vanraj was responsible for the accident.

Baa asks Barkha not to blame his son but Barkha replies that Vanraj can't do anything properly that's the reason behind his injury. Their argument is heated then Anupama reaches there. Barkha says that Anupama is not well so she is taking action against Vanraj. Anupama asks Barkha to control herself but she doesn't listen to her. But she also blames Anupama for favoring the Shah family. Ankush asks Barkha to behave properly as the situation isn't right now.

 

 Barkha blames Anupama more and says that in every situation, Anupama only supports Shahs and she can't listen to any bad words against the Shahs. Barkha crosses all her limits by saying that Anupama still has a soft for Vanraj in her heart. Everyone gets shocked after listening to Barkha's views. Anupama gets angry and asks Barkha not to get involved in her personal life because it's a husband and wife matter and she doesn't allow anyone to interfere in her relationships.

 

 She asks Adhik to bring some chilled water for his sister because she needs a lot to cool down her mind. But Barkha still doesn't remain silent at all. Anupama asks to do whatever she wants but not in the hospital. Barkha says to Anupama that she is insulting her. Kavya defends Anupama and replies to Barkha that she is putting false allegations about her.

 

Paritosh says that instead of supporting the Kapadia family can only blame them. Adhik gets angry and argues with Paritosh. Ankush asks everyone not to make the situation worse. But no one listens to him then Kavya asks him to take her wife away. Adhik says that they'll call the police and only then the truth will come out. Baa asks why everyone is blaming her son only as Anuj and Vanraj both were fighting equally with each other.

 

 Bapuji asks everyone to stop because they're behaving like wild animals. Barkha replies that it's final and that she'll call a police investigation for her brother-in-law. Anupama replies that he is her husband and she will take all the answers from Vanraj in her way but till that no one is going to blame anyone. But Barkha refuses to accept it. Suddenly Anupama receives a call and she runs to see Anuj.

 

 

The doctor asks Anupama not to give any kind of stress to Anuj. Anupama becomes so happy and relaxed now as Anuj is going to gain his consciousness back. Everyone also reaches there and is also happy for Anuj. But Barkha doesn't seem happy at all. Anuj is trying to open his eyes and is moving his hands. Anupama recalls how he usually grabs her saree. Anupama gets a new ray of hope now.

 

Anupama requests Anuj to wake up now as she is waiting for a long time. Anupama gets emotional and tells Anuj that their little Anu has sent a bracelet for him. She ties it to Anuj's wrist. She also reads the poem which little Anu wrote for his father. Anupama's efforts work when Anuj finally opens his eyes. Anuj calls Anupama's name then she becomes so happy and excited. Anupama holds Anuj's hand and Anuj also seems happy now.

 

Everyone is watching this. Barkha thinks that she was thinking of taking over Anuj's company but now her plan has been ruined. Anuj and Anupama confess their love for each other. 

They both get emotional and share a happy moment. Suddenly Anuj recalls the accident and he recites Vanraj's name.
