"Pakhi Stands Against Anupamaa for Choti Anu's Admission Her School, Vanraj Supports Pakhi " Anupamaa Upcoming 20th July 2022.
The episode begins in the Kapadia house. Anupama tells Anuj that she has a class in the first half of the day.
Anuj decides to stay back at home with Anu and postpone his meetings in the evening. Anu brings a polaroid camera and clicks a picture of them. Anuj hugs her and clicks a selfie. Pakhi decides to meet with Adhik and dress up accordingly. Vanraj asks her to get ready as he will drop her at college before going to his interview.
Anuj and Anupama play with Anu and come into the living room. Barkha asks Anu to sit for breakfast. Anu is surprised to see so many dishes for the breakfast. Anu prays to Kanha ji before having her breakfast. Anupama finds Pakhi calling Adhik and gives a strict look to him. Pakhi drops a text to him about their meeting. Barkha fears and feels that Anuj and Anupama are aware of her truth.
After breakfast, while Anuj checks a few documents, Ankush asks him if he will handle the new offices in Mumbai and Bangalore. Anuj asks him to handle the projects he already has. Ankush tells him that he’s used to working on many projects. Barkha agrees with him. Anuj asks him why he’s back in the country leaving his running business in the USA. Before Ankush could answer, Anuj tells Barkha that Ankush must have missed him and so has come back.
Barkha, Ankush, and Adhik get worried. Anuj informs them that they are going with Anu for her school admission. Barkha asks him to admit Anu to the best school according to the standards of Kapadia. Anupama tells her that Anu will be admitted to the school where Pakhi studied as the environment is good enough for learning.
Anuj agrees with her and tells Barkha that those who have achieved big in life have passed out of a middle-class school. After Anuj and Anupama leave with Anu, Ankush tells Barkha that Anuj must have known about his business and they came back to India. He blames her for hiding the truth from Anuj who must have been hurt after knowing his brother’s truth.
Vanraj drops Pakhi at college and asks her not to break his trust. Anu notices them and calls them. Pakhi asks them if they are in her college. Anuj tells her that they are going to her old school to admit Anu. Anu tells Pakhi that she will meet her during break time and decides to tell everyone that her elder sister had studied at the same school. Pakhi shouts at her. She tells Anupama that people will laugh at her if Anu studies in her school. She scolds Anu when she addresses her by didi.
Anuj asks Pakhi to behave and Vanraj asks him to talk politely with Pakhi. Pakhi tells Anupama that her friends and teachers will mock her and asks her to admit Anu to a different school. When she calls herself younger, Anupama asks her to decide if she’s younger or older when she meets with Adhik. Vanraj feels Anupama is right but Pakhi isn’t wrong either.
When Anuj tries to make Pakhi understand their situation, Pakhi threatens them to stop coming to college if Anu gets admitted to her school. She asks Anupama to choose between Anu and her. She leaves and gets inside her college. Vanraj blames Anupama for troubling his children the most. When Anuj asks him to behave properly with Anupama when Vanraj asks him not to trouble his children.
After he leaves, Anu asks her if Pakhi doesn’t like her and requests Anupama not to send her back to the orphanage. Anupama hugs her and consoles her. Anuj decides to take Anu to a different school as he doesn’t want Anu to get hurt. Vanraj wonders why Anupama has to adopt a child at such an age. He worries about his children. Anupama tells Anuj that she knows every teacher in the school which would be helpful. Anuj doesn’t agree with her and decides to admit her to the best school. Pakhi notices them from behind.
Vanraj gets irritated as Kavya wants to adopt a child after seeing Anu. He blames Anupama for her sudden adoption of Anu. Anupama asks Anuj to smile. Anuj asks her to do the same.
Anu smiles which make them smile. Anupama decides to take
Anu to meet with her mother and brother. Anu clicks a photo of her parents.

Kinjal waits for Anupama in the clinic. Meanwhile, Anupama gets afraid when Anu meets with an accident. Vanraj blames Anupama for forgetting her responsibilities to Kinjal for Anu’s sake.
