Anupamaa gets Late for Kinjal's Appointment, Vanraj-Leela Blames Her, Choti Anu Corrects Them " Anupamaa Upcoming 21st July 2022.
The episode begins in the auto. Anupama takes Anu to her mother’s house in the auto. Anu asks her why Pakhi, Samar, Paritosh, and Kinjal don’t stay with them.
Anupama tells her that they are old enough to stay without their mother. Anu asks her if they are going to the hospital and is excited to make a friendship with Kinjal’s baby. Leela prepares Kinjal’s essential stuff when she leaves for the clinic for her sonography. Kinjal informs her that Anupama will directly reach the clinic. Samar takes Kinjal with him in the cab.
After they leave, Leela gets emotional seeing her family together. Kinjal slips her leg and somehow saves herself from losing balance. Samar blames himself for leaving her hand. Kinjal forbids him from telling anyone in the family. Hasmukh can’t wait for Kinjal’s baby to arrive. Samar and Kinjal leave for the clinic. Anupama buys a water bottle for Anu and doesn’t find her after payment.
Kinjal reaches the clinic when Samar decides to stay back until Anupama arrives. She praises him for being the best uncle to her baby. Samar is excited about the baby’s arrival and decides to carry the baby in a sling. He feels that the baby will learn to dance before it walks. Anu runs behind a person when she misses getting hit by a bike. Anupama gets terrified. Anu apologizes to her for not listening to her.
She asks her not to send her back to the orphanage. Kinjal waits for her Anupama for a long time. Samar asks her to go for her check-up before the doctor leaves. Anu tells Anupama that a person’s bag fell while she was returning to him. Meanwhile, the crowd starts blaming Anupama for failing to look after her child. Anu tells everyone that it was her mistake.
Adhik and Sara have a conversation inside a car. Pakhi talks
about her embarrassment when Anupama and Anuj brought Anu to her school. Adhik
tells her that every teacher in his school found Barkha to be very cool. Pakhi
agrees that Barkha is classy and elegant. Adhik tells her how much Barkha likes
her and offers her a gift box sent by his sister. Pakhi feels overwhelmed and
finds expensive makeup products. When she denies taking the gift, Adhik tells
her that she deserves the best. He kisses her forehead.
Kinjal gets restless waiting for Anupama. Samar and Kinjal call Anupama again and again. When Anu asks Anupama to go to the clinic, Anupama gets reminded of Kinjal’s appointment. Samar worries about Anupama and feels that Anupama’s presence would have made Kinjal more secure. Anupama looks for her phone and doesn’t get it.
The shop owner returns her phone which is all broken and doesn’t get switched on. Anupama hurriedly reaches the clinic with Anu and gets to know that Kinjal’s check-up is already done and has left the clinic. She feels disheartened and apologizes to Kinjal. She recalls how much Kinjal trusts her with her baby. Kinjal and Samar reach home when Kinjal asks him to try calling Anupama.
Samar tells her that Anupama’s phone is switched off. Leela does a ritual with Kinjal so that her baby and she get protected from evil eyes. Kavya offers a glass of water to Kinjal and asks for Anupama. Leela asks Kinjal if Anupama has asked the doctor about her medicines and decides to call her to know about her meal. Vanraj enters the house and looking at Kinjal’s face, he realizes that Anupama didn’t go to the clinic. Kinjal stays silent when Vanraj asks her about it.
Kavya tells him that Anupama must have been caught up in a work. Vanraj tells her that nothing is more important than Kinjal’s health. He starts blaming Anupama for not giving importance to Kinjal when she needs it the most. Anupama arrives at the Shah house with Anu. Pakhi decides to leave when Adhik asks her to come home as everyone would like her in his family. When Pakhi denies going, Adhik tries to make her agree. Anupama apologizes to Kinjal when Vanraj and Leela blame her for getting busy with her new daughter.
Anu asks them not to scold Anupama as it was her mistake. She tells about the mishap which was about to happen on the road. Pakhi agrees to go to the Kapadia house though she looks nervous. The Shahs get worried for Anu.
Anu asks everyone not to scold Anupama. Samar picks her up
and is glad that both Anupama and Anu are fine. Kinjal tells that she knew
Anupama would have come to the clinic if something didn’t go wrong.

Anupama goes to meet her mother and shares her worries. Pakhi visits the Kapadia house and gets overwhelmed by Barkha’s behavior. Anupama reaches home and finds Pakhi.
