Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 4th May 2021 Written Update " Sirat Refuses to Meet Ranveer, Kartik Consoles Sirat ".
The episode starts with Sirat. She seems worried about seeing
the doctors treating Ranveer.
Kartik notices her worry for Ranveer but he doesn't say
anything to Sirat. On another side Manish badly accuses Sirat. He says that she
isn't trustworthy to them. Mauri asks Manish not to speak ill about Sirat as he
knows the half-truth only. Manish asks Mauri to tell them the whole truth.
Mauri is ready to tell everyone and everyone is desperately ready to listen to
her.
Later in the
hospital, Sirat is hitting the pole to lash out her anger but Kartik stops her.
He asks Sirat to be strong so that she can support Ranveer also. She puts her
head on Kartik's chest and says that she can't face Ranveer again. Mauri tells
to everyone that Sirat was ready to start a new life but Ranveer didn't reach
there.
She recalls that Sirat was shaken that time because he had
cheated her. She tells more to everyone that Sirat returned unmarried from the
temple and she took a lot of time to handle herself again. Everyone shocks
after learning Sirat's truth. Mauri further says that Sirat has already told
Kartik about the boy because she doesn't have any love for Ranveer now. Rhea
shocks after listening to this. Other side Kartik comforts Sirat saying that
Ranveer will be fine soon.
Sirat apologizes to him as everyone is waiting and she came
there as she didn't understand anything at that time seeing the blood flowing.
Kartik replies that it's the sign of a good-hearted person as their need is
much in the hospital this time. Sirat holds Kartik's hand and thanks to him for
understanding her. Later the doctor informs them that the bleeding has stopped
and Ranveer is out of danger now.
Sirat moves forward
to meet him but suddenly she stops herself. Kartik opens the door for her and
asks her to go inside. Ranveer is sleeping. With every step moving inside Sirat
recalls the moments she spent with Ranveer. Other side Mauri says that in the last
two years Sirat didn't even try to find anything about Ranveer.

Manish questions then what she doing in the hospital now.
Suwarna asks Manish to be calm as Kartik is also with her. Manish calls to ask
Kartik if everything is fine or not but everyone notices that Kartik's phone is
on the table there. Kairav and Vansh come there and ask about Kartik and Sirat.
Kairav gets worried and asks everyone to tell him where is Sirat now. Rhea
becomes so happy to see this.
In the hospital, Sirat closes the room's door and refuses to
meet Ranveer. Sirat leaves the hospital. Kartik makes a call to Manish from the
hospital's landline and tells him that he is returning soon. Outside the
hospital, Sirat is confused about whether to go inside or not. Rhea says to
Surekha that she was hoping that after knowing the truth everyone will hate
Sirat but it doesn't seem so.
Surekha asks her not to speak like that this time. Mauri is getting worried about Sirat then Suwarna asks her that she is with Kartik so shouldn't be worried about her. Rhea provokes by saying that Sirat is with her past love.
Mauri replies to Sirat
that Ranveer was Sirat's past. Rhea replies that there is still something
that's why she followed him to the hospital. Suhasini is making the call again
and again but Manish asks Kirti not to answer it because they have nothing to
tell her.
Suwarna is worried if Sirat will not return then how they'll
handle Kairav. Mauri prays the god to send Sirat back then suddenly she appears
there. Sirat tries to calm Mauri. Surekha questions Sirat that who is Ranveer
and accuses her of why she is marrying Kartik if she still meets him. Sirat
replies that she went to the hospital because her known met with an accident
and she did whatever seems right to her.
Rhea asks Sirat not
to call Ranveer her known as everyone knows that he was her ex. Sirat replies
to her that she has nothing to do with Ranveer now as she doesn't have anything
related to him but he was dieing in front of her that's why with Kartik's help
she took him to hospital. Later Kartik sits beside Ranveer. Ranveer requests in
his unconsciousness not to kill Sirat as he'll leave her.
Sirat replies to Surekha that never faced Ranveer again in
the last years and nothing has changed for her now but it depends on them to
beleive her or not. The doctor tells Kartik that after testing Ranveer's body
they find a bullet lodged into his chest and it seems to be old. He further
tells that he has small fragments of the bullet which can harm badly him shortly.
Kartik shocks and he thinks to ask it from Sirat. The doctor suggests surgery
and asks Kartik to sign the form.
Later Sirat hurts
herself by eating a lot of spices. She says to Mauri that if Ranveer will
return to meet her again then she'll not going to see him. Sirat leaves asking
Kairav to inform her when Kartik will return. Chandan reaches the hospital and
asks about Ranveer. Kartik meets Chandan and asks him about the bullet
fragments in Ranveer's chest. But he doesn't tell him anything.
Later Kartik suggests
Sirat meet Ranveer once so that their misunderstandings get cleared. But Sirat
refuses.

Kartik without telling takes Sirat to meet with Ranveer. There Ranveer is getting angry as Sirat can't be someone else's. Sirat shocks to see him in front of her. Later she punches him. Will Kartik bring Sirat and Ranveer together again?
