Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain 10th April 2021 Written Update " Sirat Finally tells Kartik About her Past Lover ".
The episode starts with Kartik. He is doing his office work.
Sirat arrives there with Akshara and hands over Akshara into Kartik's arms.
Sirat seems a little worried. Kartik asks her to sleep well
as tomorrow they have to go to the coach. Sirat says to Kartik that she wants
to tell him something important. Kartik asks her to go ahead as he is
listening. Sirat is about to start but Luv arrives there and tells Kartik that
Manish is calling to mail urgently to the investors.
Kartik asks Sirat to speak but she replies that he should go now as Manish is waiting for him. Sirat is about to leave but Kartik stops her and asks her to tell him.
She leaves saying that she'll tomorrow tell him the
truth. Another side, Sheela is enjoying it a lot. She notices that someone is
coming then she acts for sleeping. Rhea enters Sheela's room but she acts like
she is sleeping. Rhea tries but she gives no response to her.
Rhea says that by
tomorrow she has to find out the secret about Sirat's life. The next morning
Sirat has a dream about her ex-boyfriend. She dreams that he has arrived at
Goenka's house and she becomes so nervous seeing him there. Suddenly she wakes
up and seems so worried. She says to Mauri that the secret isn't letting her live
on the property.
Mauri asks her to go and tell Kartik everything so that she
can live without any worry. Sirat replies that she'll relax after revealing the
truth. Later in Goenka's house, Suwarna, Suhasini and Gayatri are going to the
temple with Akshara. Rhea says that she'll stay there and will look after the
children.

Sheela arrives there and says that she also wants to go with
them to thank god for blessing her daughter with such a beautiful relationship.
But Rhea stops Sheela. The other members leave then Rhea asks Sheela to tell
her the secret. Sheela replies that firstly she'll talk to Mukesh then she'll
decide. Sheela leaves then Rhea says to herself that she should start her
preparations for her wedding as when Sheela will tell her the truth then Sirat
will leave.
Sirat is ready to leave for the academy. Kartik makes her smile so that the sadness gets disappeared from her face. They both leave to meet the coach. Later the children are playing in Goenka's house and are making loud noise then Rhea gets irritated.
The children go to Rhea and demand some snacks
for them. She says that she'll ask the servant to do so but Kairav says that
the servant doesn't cook well so she should cook for them.
Rhea receives a call
and she gets busy with it. Later Kartik asks Sirat to tell him what she wants
to tell him. He says that for the past few days she was trying to tell him but
someone always interrupted them but now they're alone so she can tell him.
Sirat is about to tell but suddenly she starts getting hiccups.
Another side Rhea is still busy with her call then the children decide to do something. Kartik brings water for Sirat but her hiccups increase more then she asks him to bring some resins. Kartik goes for the same.Rhea goes to make a milkshake for the children and uses the mixture with a loose lid.
As she starts the mixture the
milk and other items spoil her face and dress. She falls and starts crying. The
children enjoy the moment. Kartik brings resins for Sirat then her hiccups
stop.
Kartik asks Sirat to tell what she wanted to. Sirat again
starts to tell him but a groom arrives there and asks Kartik to drop him at the
nearby temple as he is getting late for his wedding. Kartik recalls himself and
gets ready to drop him. Later the ladies return from the temple and shock to
see Rhea.
Sheela and the children laugh at her. Later Kartik asks the
groom to tell him about his love story. He starts telling about his love story
then Sirat gets emotional. The groom tells that his family isn't ready for him
wedding with Namrata that's why he is getting married to her in a temple
without any relative. They reach the temple then the groom suggests Kartik come
to the temple as it's famous for making couples.
Kartik is about to leave but Sirat comes out of the car. She
goes to the temple and Kartik follows her. Sirat remains silent and continues
to walk inside the temple. There she says to Kartik that she wants to tell him
about her past life's secret. In Goenka's house, Sheela goes to Sirat's room
and laughs at her. Rhea gets irritated and angry. She asks Sheela to tell about
Sirat's secret now. Sheela replies that she has recalled everything and the
secret is so big.
Sirat tells Kartik that she was having a boy in her past
life. Sheela tells the same to Rhea. Rhea asks Sheela to tell him. Other side Kartik
asks Sirat not to tell him more but Sirat replies that she wants to tell him
everything. Kartik asks her that it's not important for him then Sirat replies
she is having a burden on her heart that's why she wants to tell him.
She tells Kartik that
she used to remain sad in her childhood days because of her parents then the
boy arrived in her life and took care of her and she met him in the school for
the first time. She says that he cared a lot for her.

Sirat tells Kartik that she used to remain happy with that guy and always became sad in his absence. Kartik asks if she knows where he is. Sirat replies that she isn't aware of him now. But he seems to enter her life again.
