Ye Rishhta Kya Kahlata Hain Episode 16th September 2020 Written Update " Kartik-Naira's Pre-Pregnancy Happiness Naira Falls from Stairs ".

The episode starts with Aditya. He guarantees that Krish is his son and this can be seen by the paternity test.

He asks that once it'll prove that Krish is his son then no one can stop him from taking Krish. After listening to this nonsense, Naira slaps him hard and Kartik throws him out of their house after warning him not to follow Kirti again. Later Aditya to himself that he grew the doubt's seed and now it'll end Kirti-Naksh's relationship. Kaira asks Naksh not to think about Aditya's nonsense. Kartik says to him that he shouldn't do the mistakes which he did in his life.

Naira also insists on Naksh to trust Kirti. Bhabhimaa asks Naksh to end the issue. Naira starts feeling dizzy and weak. Seeing Naira, Naksh asks Kirti to come to Singhania house again. Everyone becomes happy.

Later Goenka is happy that Kirti returned to her in law's house. Amid this Naira falls unconscious on the sofa. There in Singhania house, Bhabhimaa warmly welcomes Naksh and Kirti. Later Kirti hugs and thanks Naksh for trusting her. But Naksh behaves rudely with her.

There Naira gains her consciousness then Kartik tells her that her pregnancy is confirmed by the lab and they're finally going to become parents of a new baby soon. He further tells her that her doctor asked that with supplements all her deficiencies will go away and her pregnancy will be perfect.

Naira becomes so happy with the news. Suhasini shows the smiley balloon to Naira and asks her to always smile like this. Goenkas are so happy. Gayatri congratulates Naira and says that Kairav and Vansh are almost of the same age and now their upcoming babies will also be of the same age. Everyone enjoys the moment.

There Naksh tells Kirti that he brought her here just for both the families' happiness and it's not easy for him to forget everything. While Kirti is stoping Naksh her bracelet hangs into Naksh's watch. Naksh frees his watch and leaves the room without listening to her. Kaira returns to their room and cheers. They both say that now finally they can tell Kairav that he is going to become a big brother soon. Kartik brings Kairav's family tree and Naira adds a baby girl's drawn a picture on it.

Suddenly Kartik's picture falls from the family tree but Kaira doesn't notice it. Later Suhasini worships the god with the whole family and thanks to him for giving happiness again in their lives. They all now pray for Manish's good health. Suhasini is so excited and says that before the baby's birth they'll decide everything for the baby.

Gayatri feels a little sad as Suhasini never thought that for her baby but later she thinks that Naira is her sister so she is happy for her. Naira is so happy and searches for Kartik. She becomes sad and worried when she doesn't find him in the whole house. Later seeing Kartik Naira becomes emotional and cries.

Kartik makes fun of her and says she is tired just searching him in the house and what she'll do if she has to go and find him in the outside world. Naira asks him not to talk like this. Later Kartik clicks Naira's picture and also teases her. They both talk with each other. Kartik tells her that he was secretly packing gifts for her. Kartik gifts the baby girl's anklets to Naira. Seeing it she becomes so happy and says that these anklets as the same as she saw in her dream.

Kartik says that his, her, and Krishna's choices are the same. Later Naira tells him that she was searching him reached here then Kartik calls their daughter GPS as she showed the path to Naira. Later Naira sees jars there and asks Kartik about the jars. Kartik tells her that he watched it on the internet that chits are there in the jar with written messages on the chit and put it in the jar.

Naira opens a chit written as their baby will behave like an angel guide during their problems. Naira starts feeling worried then Kartik asks her that it's just a chit. Naira asks Kartik that she wants to spend all the moments of her pregnancy with him. Kartik promises the same to her. There differences increase between Naksh and Kirti.
