The episode starts with a truck, which hits Kairav. Suhasini becomes more worried as they aren't finding Kairav then she sees Kartik is bringing Kairav in his lap.

Everyone present there become tensed. Kartik asks them to call Pallavi. Pallavi instructs them to take Kairav to the hospital. Later as Pallavi does his checkup and tells Kartik and Naira that Kairav got no internal or external injury, he is fine.

Naira asks Pallavi why he became unconscious then she replies because of fear. Pallavi tells them he is emotionally disturbed and that's disturbing him. She asks them if they want they can take him home but Kartik says they'll take him later when he wakes up. As Pallavi goes in, Kartik starts blaming himself for all this and Naira hugs him.

Pallavi sees this from the window. Naira tries to make Kartik understand that's not his fault as Kairav took it in wrong way. Kartik says he should think of Kairav before doing anything. He asks Naira what will he do if something happens to him because he ran away from him in anger. Kartik says to Naira that she should also hate him then Naira says why he is taking a child's saying seriously as she will make him understand that he was thinking wrong of you. Naira says if she thinks earlier of this matter then this might not happen.

Kartik feels so bad that he hates himself the most. He asks Naira, how to convince his child that he loves him. Naira tries to calm down Kartik and says she'll make him understand everything then Kartik hugs her. There Manish tells Samarth and Naksh that he knows Naira will make Kairav understand his mistake but who will handle Kartik?

Manish says Kartik can't tolerate hatred in his son's eyes for him. Everyone talks about Kairav that why all these things came to his mind then Suhasini and Suwarna ask Kartik to go home as if Kairav will see him here then he'll become again angry.

Kartik refuses to go and says he'll not come in front of Kairav. Manish comes there and Kartik gets emotional to see him and say sorry to him for earlier time. Kartik says he can't even become a good son, husband or father. Manish stops Kartik from saying these words but he continues to say that he is only for hatred and he further says to Manish that he is receiving the punishment for hurting him.Manish says to Kartik that Naira will male Kairav understand and he will understand her. Manish asks him to have patients but he says he can't.

Kartik says to Manish that he spent half of his life hating him and he is afraid now if Kairav will also do the same. Naira listens all this. Goenkas come back to their house but Kartik stays in Singhania's house. He continues to think about the incident then Naira comes to him and says that they should tell him everything that his parents aren't together now.

She says it's not easy and he may not understand this now but later he will. Naira says she will make him understand that his parents had a fight between them and you didn't even know where we live that's why you never came to Goa. Kartik asks her what she will say if he asks her that what his father did so that his mother left everything and moved to Goa.

Naira says she doesn't know what she will tell him but she doesn't let Kairav hate him. Kartik says this may bring Kairav's hatred for herself also because it wasn't her mistake. Naira says it's her mistake also that she took many wrong decisions but instead of all this she get Kairav's love but you can't even feel the happiness of being a father.

Naira says they have to come together for their child then Kartik replies it will hurt both her and Kairav also. There in the Goenka house, Manish says to Suwarna that only he knows what is going on Kartik then she replies just like only she understands Naira and now she still feels guilty for this situation.

Surekha also says that no mother can see differences between their child and husband. Kartik asks Naira to explain Kairav only that his father is regretting his doings and now he'll try to improve himself and he will not interfere between him and his mother's matters.

Suhasini says there is not anyone person's fault, Kartik and Naira both are involved in this and their child is suffering the most and they all are also responsible for this. Suhasini takes responsibility to improve this situation. There Kartik refuses to go in front of Kairav.
