The episode starts with Kairav who asks Naira when will they
go back then Naira tries to make him understand but he says everyone stays with
their families, they will also stay there.
Vedika brings tea for Kartik and feels sorry for that day
then Kartik says it was just her feelings. Vedika tries to talk to him but he
says he wants to sleep then Vedika also wants to sleep on the same bed then
Kartik says he has a work to do and leaves.

After that Vedika
says to herself that no wife wants her husband to lose the case but she wants
that Naira won the case and goes away from there with Kairav so that she can
start her life with Kartik. In the early morning Kartik with Manish and Samarth
go to the Damini Mishra's office. Manish introduces Kartik to Damini but she already
knows everything about him and his situation and later she says that it's
possible for q father to get his child's custody.
Damini asks Kartik how desperate he is to win the case then
he replies he is desperate for his child not to win the case. Damini says that
they will definitely win the case but before that she has five conditions.
When, where, how, why and who these questions are never to be asked from her.
Damini asks them not to hide anything from her as she can't afford to lose a
case in her career.
Damini says to Kartik not to show his emotions in the court
and asks Manish that she wants to talk to other family members also to make
their case stronger. Naksh is waiting for Damini then they come out with
Damini. Naksh shocks to see them with her.
Damini says to Naksh to find any second-best lawyer then he
says third-best lawyer is even enough for them because their case is stronger
and he leaves. Damini says he has no idea what can I do. Gayatri and Surekha

a lawyer from Delhi High court will fight their case.
Naira asks about Damini Mishra then Naksh says she will
fight from Kartik's side. Naksh says to Naira not to worry as their case is so
strong. Devyani and Bhabhimaa also try to make Naira understand that they have
enough time to make Kartik understand. Naira says to Naksh to delay the case so
that she gets a chance to talk to Kartik.
Kartik calls Naira and says that they will face each other
tomorrow in family court. Naira says to Bhabhimaa to go with Kairav tomorrow as
she Naksh has to go in the court. Both the lawyers say to Kartik and Naira to
be prepared for tomorrow as sometimes false statements are also represented in
the court.
Naira's lawyer says that Kartik's hatred is nothing for him
in front of his love for his child so they may try every possible way to win
the case. Kartik practices what to speak in the court but he doesn't want to
blame Naira for anything and becomes worried what to say. Vedika says to Kartik
that he is looking worried can she help him but Kartik says her not to disturb
him now. Vedika leaves the room and later says that there is a wall in their
relationship also.
Kairav and Vansh fight over a toy then Kartik Naira say them
to play together but they continue to fight and the toy broke down. They say to
them that the things break and it hurts them too then Kartik Naira correlates
this with their situation. Naksh says to Vansh to go and come tomorrow then
Kairav says to Kartik that he also wants to come with him.
Kairav says he prays the god daily that when he wakes up he
sees his mother and father right in front of him. Kairav asks Vansh will he
come tomorrow then Vansh says if he doesn't break the toy again then he will
come. Naira says that they promise that no one will fight and let anything break.
