Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Episode 1st October 2019 Written Update "Kartik Signs Divorce Papers Asks Kairav's Custody ".

The episode starts with Singhanias later Goenkas also arrive there. Suhasini asks Naira why she is taking away from this city, why she is hurting her.

Naksh says they don't know about the divorce. Naira says to Suhasini that she doesn't want to hurt anyone and if she and Kairav continue to live there then Kartik and Vedika's will never be started. So this is the permanent solution to the problem.

Everyone asks her what she did then replies divorce and everyone got flabbergasted. Manish accuses her then she replies that she called to Kartik to tell everything but he didn't answer the phone. Manish says why she didn't call any one of them before making her decision and why she can't stay in this city and he himself answers that because if she stays here then how will they suffer as she wants to hurt them.

Naira says this is not the truth then Manish angerly replies you didn't even forget Kartik's mistake and always tries to find a way to take revenge from Kartik. Naira asks him to listen once but he refuses and Manish says to Naksh that she cares about herself only and have no mean of others happiness. Manish blames her for everything. Both families start arguing with each other. Gayatri says to  Naira to go and find Kartik and explains everything to him.

Naira searches Kartik then Naksh asks him not to search him as it would be better if you go away from today's flight but Naira doesn't listen to him. After her all day searching Naira come back to Singhania house and asks about Kairav whether he is fine then Naksh replies he is fine and is sleeping now. Naira asks everyone why they are looking so worried and asks about Kartik then she see Kartik coming downstairs holding an envelope in his hand.

Naira asks Kartik whether he sees the papers then Kartik says he has also taken two decisions. He says he signed the divorce papers happily and he has also prepared the paper for Kairav's custody. Kartik further says to Naira that her decision teaches him as after divorce their relationship will end completely and she wanted to take away his child but now she can't. Kartik holds her the papers and asks her to read carefully.

Niara sees the custody papers and Kartik reminds what the lawyer said that she can't take away his son without his permission. Naira becomes shocked to see the stay orders. Kartik says it is clearly mentioned in these papers that she can't take away his child from him because now they are fighting a legal fight for divorce including his child's custody also.

Bhabhimaa asks Suhasini to make Kartik understand about what he is doing then Suhasini says Naira left no other option for them. Kartik again says to Naira that without his permission she can't take away his child anywhere.

 Naira says what he did then Kartik says she sent the divorce papers and in reply of those papers he sends these papers and they both do the case and let see what happens now. Kartik says to Naira that it's her misunderstanding that again she will take away Kairav from him and this time he will not let her do so. This he will fight and will get his child's custody. Naira cries and says she will not give her child to anyone.

Naira says what the court and custody will do as child is hers so she will decide. Manish says if Naira is mother then Kartik is father let them both decide only. Kartik says her to think when this happened to him then what was going on him because no one other then she did this to him. Naira tries to make him understand but he refuses to hear anything and says now they will for the custody in the court.
