The episode starts with Goenka's driver who comes to take
Kartik to the court.
Kartik says to Naira that he is going to the court then

ita important to go to the court then he leaves. Damini says to her assistant

Kartik comes to
Damini and asks her to finish the case today and says that she will not
misbehave with Naira in the court and no question should be asked from her so
that she becomes uncomfortable. Damini says this will drown him but Kartik asks
her to listen to him. Naira and Naksh see Kartik talking to Damini they
misunderstand it and Naksh says to Naira that you had taken the decision but
still he is eager to fight.

practically because Kartik is here to just win the case at any cost. Naira says

hearing starts Naira Apologizes for her earlier behavior and there Damini asks
Kartik that it's his last chance to take Kairav's custody.
Damini requests permission to ask question from Naira because
yesterday she left the court in the middle. Damini blames Naira that she is a

Damini to withdraw the case but she didn't so he can't tolerate this against
Naira. Later he asks the court to give Kairav's sole custody to Naira.
Further, he says that
must be the last option that she decided to abort and he apologizes that he
wasn't there at that time. Naira says if it was in her control then she never

everything was normal but one day the doctor asked her that the baby isn't
growing then the doctor told her to take some tests and be ready that anything
can happen then Kartik asks her what was the reason that the child wasn't
growing.
Naira says they told her that used to happened and later
they said that the reports aren't well and she should abort the child and if
she didn't abort then there was possibility for an abnormal baby. Everyone
suggested her to abort but later she heard a baby voice asking her not to kill
him.
