It starts with Kartik and Naira, who moves into the court. It seems very difficult for them.

They look at each other and remember their moment when they earlier came to the court.As they open the door they see Kairav who don't let them go inside but as Damini recalls Kartik's name they both come out of the imagination.

Damini asks Kartik to come and herself moves in. Naira says to Kartik that they had regretted earlier also when they came to the court and asks him is that important to go in again. Kartik asks her not take away Kairav from him then Naira says she wants to Kairav away from this city not from him. Kartik asks her to promise the same but she remembers about Vedika and asks him to go in. They come into the court but continuously look at each other.

There in the courtroom they again see Kairav asking them not to fight then they both go to him and Kartik asks him to stay with him and Naira asks him to stay with her. But this imagination flies away when the magistrate arrives. As the case starts Suhasini and Bhabhimaa pray to God to do the best. Mr. Kumar starts the hearing and asks the court that Naira wants Kairav's sole custody and she will let to Kartik only to him but all his decision will be taken by her only.

While going back to the home, Vedika thanks to God that the biker didn't see her and she seems so worried. The biker is following her but she doesn't know this. Mr. Kumar tells the court that because Kartik is married to Vedika so he has her responsibilities also but Naira is single so she only Kairav to look after so she will take good care of him.

 Damini puts her statement in front of the magistrate and says that there should be no justice to happen with the child. Mr. Kumar says what she got that she is so confident then his assistant replies she may get something related to Naira's past as she is famous for this. Damini says to the court that the question is why Naira is of such a type because her family thinks her to be the fugitive. Goenkas and Singhanias feel bad after listening all this.

Naira remembers when Kartik asked her the same. Mr. Kumar objects and says it doesn't relate to the case then Damini replies the court should be aware of Naira's personality. Later Damini blames that Naira is not only a fugitive but also an irresponsible lady also and asks that she would like to call her in the box. Naira stands in the box.

Damini asks Naira that she bore extreme pain during her pregnancy and when the baby arrived he was very weak so they had to keep him on the ventilator too then Naira agreed to her and says she was not alone at the time of the delivery. Damini asks her why she didn't call her family or husband then she says she tried and then Damini asks for the proof.

 Damini blames Naira that she is so irresponsible and because of her ego she didn't call anyone else. Mr. Kumar says there was an issue between her and her husband then Damini says she could call her family then but she didn't do. Damini says she went away without any financial support or didn't ever let anyone knew about her pregnancy too. She suffered without asking any help from her family. Damini says that she did drama of her death also.

Damini asks Naira that she will show proof and then only she has to answer her questions. Vedika reaches the house then she notices the biker in the car's mirror. She moves in hurry to the house and asks the watchman to not let any outsider come in. She becomes more fearful of the bike's sound. Damini says being a mother it's not easy for herself also to show that proof in the court and the family members may also not like this but it's important so she is doing so.

Damini shows a file of New Victoria Goa hospital and says she wants to ask questions regarding this. Naira becomes speechless then Mr. Kumar says Damini is trying to intimidate her client then she replies that there is something in this file so Naira becomes worried.
