The episode starts with Naira and Naksh, Naksh stops her from going and asks her to tie the rakhi by herself, not for this time only but for the last five years also.
Naksh brings out rakhis which he has been collecting for the past five years and asks he always waits that you will come and if today you haven't come then I am going to hate you. Bhaabimaa and Devyani say that destiny brings her here, she has come not by her own will then Naira says to Naksh that she always remembered him and she did a blank call to him on the occasion of rakhi from the past five years.

Naksh remembers this then Devyani says you always did blank call but neither you think to tell that you are fine and alive. Bhabhimaa asks Naksh, before five minutes he just hates her name and now why his love for her comes out then Naksh says water which removes dirt from the hands just like that tear removes the dirt from the mind and he has forgotten the previous things now. Bhabhimaa refuses to accept her. Naksh brings up his hand and asks Naira to tie the rakhi then ties all the rakhi on his and leaves. Manish and Suhasini come to the hospital then Kartik says that they are again....then Manish says in this hospital his grandson too present.
Suhasini goes to Kairav then he asks her that she is here to meet him and Suhasini asks him to call her great grandmother. Manish asks them to talk as he is going to asks for his discharge. Suhasini asks Kairav now either he wants to go Goa again or he wants to stay here in the big house with his father and his family then Kairav says he will neither go to Goa now, Naira comes there. Kairav asks Naira, where she was and tells her that he talked a lot with her great grandmother.

Naksh also comes, Suhasini surprises to see rakhi on his hand then Naira says to Kairav that she will not disturb him and leaves. Naksh says Naira that they should know when Kairav is going to discharge and comes to the Singhania house.
Naira says that she will come to her house only then says own blood is own blood as he forgives her. Naksh goes to the canteen to take something to eat then Naira thanks to God that now she has his brother's support. Kartik strikes with Naira then Kartik holds and her and a man strikes Kartik then Naira holds him then they both recall the moments spent with each other.
Naira remembered about Vedika and goes apart from Kartik then a nurse comes there and gives Naira the receipt and says up to now all the bills have been cleared then Kartik becomes angry and asks her why she didn't involve him in the matters related to Kairav as he has the equal right on him. Kartik asks her has she borrowed the money as Dr Pallavi said Kairav's mother has fewer resources. Kartik asks her what's her problem then Naira asks him to think of himself who without listening to others, he makes his own opinion. Further, she says that she has paid the half bill and the rest is on you and leaves.
Dr Pallavi says to Vedika that she has seen Kartik and Naira with Kairav and they look a complete family and asks her to treat the disease before the disease slips from our hands and leaves. Suhasini says to Vedika that Kairav will stay with them.
Naira says to Naksh that she has no problem with Goenkas meeting with Kairav but she doesn't want to send Kairav to Goenkas. Suhasini asks Vedika to do friendship with Kairav and sometimes she has to face Naira also, so she should be prepared for this as after discharge Kairav will directly come there. Naksh promises that they will do whatever is best for Kairav.
