The episode begins in hospital with Sid
funny humor, Sid changes his shirt in front of everyone in the hospital.
While Dr. Ishani gives him the lecture that
this is a hospital, not dressing room to which Sid becomes irritated. On the
other hand, a man rushes into the hospital with her daughter who was very
fatigued, weak and completely restless.
Sid and Dr. Ishani think that the girl is
no more but Dr. Ishani during the girl operations finds that the girl is alive
and there is still a hope to save the life of a girl.
Both Dr. Ishani and Sid does the operation
of girl wholeheartedly and saves the girl, meanwhile, Sid appreciates Ishani
and tells that although it was her first case she handled well, to which Dr.
Ishani replies that it was not her first case, she has handled one case already
it's her second.

On the other hand, Dr. Shashank meets
meet's her daughter in the lift where her daughter Anjali ask is she not a good
doctor? To which he replies he will personal talks later. while coming out of
the lift Dr. Shashank becomes unconscious and collapse.
On the other hand, a doctor camp is set in
a village to help poor people, and Juhi is introduced, where she seems to help
people to save their life's
While Anjali dials Juhi that Dr. Shahshank
is suffering from a brain tumor and he only wants Juhi to do his surgery and no
one else.
Juhi does not respond to Anjali, to which
Anjali becomes upset and banged his phone on the wall.
Anjali says to Dr. Shahshank that she could
have told her before so that she could arrange a more better doctor than Juhi.
On the other hand, Dr. Ishani friends wait
for as their senior doctor was about to come.
Dr. Ishani comes little late and the senior
doctor doesn't notice and tells that he won't leave anyone free even after
finishing case, while senior doctor directs everyone their work, Dr. Ishani is
directed to bring files only and have been informing her that she is not in her
team.
While Dr. Ishani comes out she hears a
shout from her patient who yells that she doesn't exist here but in kabristan, while
patients father tell that after the death of her mother she thinks kabristan as
her house to live and where she belongs to live.
Dr. Ishani controls her patient and says
that she is mentally not fit.
While
Dr Ishani in her room Dr Farhan comes and introduces himself ,and ask Dr Ishani if she is a
daughter of Mr. Arora to which Dr Ishani replies yes.

Dr ishani looks embraced in front of the
doctor and while leaving Dr Farhan thinks that it would be fun to play with new
students .
Dr Ishani looks in the drawer to search
something and find some book for which the secret will be revealed in upcoming
episodes. Dr Ishani starts crying and shouts in alone room that she is not like
her parents and don't wants to be consider like the ,she is different from
them, meanwhile Dr Ishani friend enters the room and informs her that she has
been called in OT room by her boss.
Dr. Ishani made her friend believe that she wasn’t crying but motivating herself,
Dr Ishani rush into OT room and starts
to complain about Sid and his attitude but unluckily Sid founds to be
her boss before she couldn’t recognize
Sid as he was wearing mask which is normally used in operation rooms and the
moment he removes his mask Dr Ishani get shocks
that he is her boss.
