" Prerna Meets Real Mr. Bajaj and His Daughter " .
The episode begins Bajaj mansion. Prerna tells Veena that
Bajaj will fulfill his promise that he made to her.
Veena regrets hearing the words from Prerna. She tells
Prerna that Bajaj can’t be a good person as he has separated her from Anurag.
She tells her that Bajaj is using her for his obsession. She also tells Prerna
to call her when she understands the motive of Bajaj’s obsession. Bajaj greets
Veena. Veena feels upset for being Prerna’s mother.
She leaves. Prerna gets hurt while trying to stop Veena. Bajaj
tries to console Prerna. Prerna tells him that her mother is right as he
married to her just for hurting Anurag. She bursts out her feelings to Bajaj.
Bajaj tells her that he didn’t marry her for physical needs. Prerna keeps
blaming him for snatching Anurag’s love and hurt him physically. Bajaj tells
her that he will tell her the truth behind marrying her at the right time.

He gets a call from someone and leaves hurriedly without
listening to Prerna. Prerna decides to follow Bajaj’s car and leaves. She doesn’t
understand the nature of Bajaj. Bajaj rushes hurriedly. Prerna asks her driver
not to miss Bajaj’s car. Bajaj reaches a school. Prerna wonders what Bajaj is
doing there. Bajaj enters the school building and Prerna follows him. He hugs a
little girl in the office and gets angry at the in-charge of the girl.
The in-charge and the
principal try to explain Bajaj that while playing with other children, the girl
got hurt and cut her finger. Prerna sees the little girl from outside. Bajaj
finds Prerna outside the office and asks her the come home to get her answers.
Back at home, Bajaj tells Prerna that he married her for his daughter and not
to take revenge from Anurag. He explains to Prerna that his daughter is
everything for him.
The little girl is the one who saved was saved by Prerna in
the mall. Bajaj knows that his daughter likes her. He noticed the affection and
bonding of Prerna and his daughter. He tells Prerna that Cookie’s doctor saw an
improvement in her health after she met Prerna. He explains everything to
Prerna as he wanted a mother like her for his daughter.
Bajaj tells Prerna that the way Cookie never behaved so well
with anyone else except her. Prerna tells him that she started hating him more
as she could take care of his daughter even without marrying him. Bajaj tells
her that that couldn’t have been possible as she would have had her own family
if she married Anurag.
He pleads her to give his daughter a good life. He tells
Prerna that she’s the best mother for his daughter and knows that she will take
care of her. Prerna goes to Cookie’s room and finds blood coming out of her
finger. She asks Cookie not to cry and puts a bandage on her injured finger.
Bajaj notices the bonding between Prerna and Cookie.
Cookies are sleepy and so Prerna makes her sleep with
affection and care. Bajaj comes to Prerna and gives her the file of the Basus.
He tells Prerna that he has no interest in ruining Anurag. He feels that Prerna
did a lot for Cookie.
So he’s ready to forget the past tussle he had with the
Basus. He wants his present to alright. Prerna asks Bajaj what tussle he had
with the Basus. Bajaj tells her that he will tell her the reason for the tussle
with the Basus when the right time comes.
Prerna wonders
thinking of Bajaj’s words. Anurag, Nivi, and Anupam go to the office. Anurag
tells Nivi not to ask him any questions during the conference as he only needs
her support. He tells her that they need to face a huge challenge to expose
Rishav Bajaj. He is ready to risk Basu Publication to put Bajaj industries
down. Nivi asks Anurag not to take decisions in a hurry. She’s ready to support
him in destroying Bajaj but isn’t ready to put Basu industries in stake.
Anurag tells her that Moloy has given him the right to run
their company. Bajaj finds Prerna and Cookie sleeping together holding each
other. He holds his daughter’s hand and feels happy.

Anurag puts forward a proposal in front of the
bankers in the conference. He offers a fifty percent profit to them if they are
going to support him in ruining Bajaj. Anurag comes to meet Bajaj and tells him
that he has taken over his company and his house.
