Mohini thinks that Prerna is involving Anurag in that matter
intentionally. She remembers when Nivedita warned her about Prerna's clever
trap to marry Anurag. She feels that she shouldn't take Prerna so light as she
may take her son away from her.

While Anurag is trying his best, Prerna comes to know about
Shivani's condition getting worse. Shivani is so inconsolable that she's not
listening to anyone. Anurag comes to know that Ronit has been arrested and soon
will be in the lock-up.
Anurag comes to Prerna to tell her about Ronit being arrested but sees another stress over her face. Prerna tells Anurag about Shivani's condition and gets confused about how to handle her. When Anurag tells Prerna that Ronit has been arrested and they bring him to the police station, Prerna gets confused if she should stay there or go to console Shivani who needs her the most this time. She decides to meet Shivani first. While Anurag goes to get the car from parking inspector comes to warn Prerna about Ronit Chaubey's father. But that doesn't matter to Prerna, she gets the copy of FIR from him and starts looking for Anurag.

Meanwhile, she again bumps into Komolika. Both of them feel some connection between them that strikes them to each other again and again. Komolika compares Prerna with herself as she thinks that she must've moved on from her previous heartbreak. But Prerna clears her doubt and tells her that she's not like her. She can't move on from the older relations so soon. Counting their differences again, Komolika points that Prerna came to file an FIR against who hurt her dear, while she came to police station against who tried to hurt her dear.
Komolika wishes to meet Prerna again but in better circumstances and get the exact connection in their destiny. After meeting Komolika, Prerna leaves to meet Shivani with Anurag.

console Shivani who's not ready to listen to
anyone and continues to blame herself. Rajesh also tries to motivate Shivani
and explain to her the importance of her
life that she's destroying just for one wrong person. He assures Shivani that
they'll forget the matter and anyone will say nothing to her. She's free to
move on.
Prerna reaches there and asks Shivani to come home. But she denies to go home and she feels that people may disgrace her parents for living with her. When Shivani doesn't listen even Prerna, Anurag comes forth to tackle the situation. He motivates Shivani to ignore the spineless society and choose to live with her dear family without any concern for the people who are nothing to her. He encourages Shivani to be strong and get up just got her family.

Shivani agrees to go home with her family.
Knowing about Ronit's scandal Sidhant arrives at the police station. He asks the inspector to free his son. Inspector warns him
about the sensitivity of the case and points the conclusions of the matter if learned by the media. Sidhant also doesn't want
to take any risk and hands over the sensitive matter to his smart daughter
Komolika. Komolika assures Sidhant to free Ronit and suppress the matter.
Shivani is still worried about Ronit being tortured by police.
She asks Prerna if she confessed her feelings to Anurag. She assumes a positive
response from Prerna's silence and appreciates Anurag as a caring partner who's
always ready to help her. But remembering the heartbreak fills Prerna's eyes
with tears. Shivani gets confused to see Prerna's tearful eyes.
