The episode begins in Payel's house where Raman threatens
her of calling the police. Bala comes and
Payel is shocked to see him. He reveals her to be his ex-student and tells everyone that he has given free tutorials to
her because of her financial condition. Everyone tells her that Sudha is a
fraud woman. Payel apologizes to them and tells them about her weakness. She
wanted to provide treatment to her brother so she came into Sudha's words.

Ishita asks her to calm down as they understand her weakness. She promises to give treatment to her brother in a reputed hospital.
Raman asks Payel to come to the police station but Ishita has some other plans. Ishita tells Payel to listen to her but do the opposite of it. Sudha reaches in front of Payel's house with her lawyer. She is surprised to see that there's no scene created. She is afraid whether Ishita and Raman have terrorized Payel together. She goes to Payel's house and finds the door of locked. She tries to call Payel but doesn't get her. The lawyer tells Sudha that these are plans of Raman and predicts him to be kidnapper of Payel's family. Sudha gets angry with the lawyer's prediction. She blames Payel for ruining her plan.

She informs this news to Bala's wife. Bala's wife tells her that Mr. Iyer seems lost. She tells Mrs. Iyer that Mr.
Iyer loves her very much. Sudha reaches her home as her phone's battery has gone
down. Koko tries to tell her something but Sudha doesn't listen to her. As she
enters the house, she is shocked to see the Bhallas and Payel's family in her
house. Mrs. Bhalla gives Rohan and Karan
medicine for controlling their loose motion. She asks them to hide the medicine
packet so that Simmi doesn't see them. They thank Mrs. Bhalla and she assigns them work. She asks them to get ready
for she will be going to her friend's house for jagrata
and wants both of them to come with her.
The brothers are happy to hear her. She calls her friend to inform that she is bringing two waiters needed for serving food. The brothers are shocked now. Mihika comes and tells them not to talk badly with Mrs. Bhalla as they are brought here to work. She asks them not to talk in eye contact with her. She again shouts at them and orders them to get ready with their aprons. Rohan asks Karan to manage for one more night as their mother will come tomorrow morning.

Ishita shows her the text. Sudha shouts at her secretary, Sweta. Raman tells
Sudha that she might have forgotten taking the loads of the huge Bhalla
industry. Raman introduces to the heads to Payel and her father who's no more.
Payel tries to tell the truth but Sudha tries to stop her. Payel tells everyone
that her father became ill one day in the factory and went home early by taking
the manager's permission. Sudha calls her a liar. Raman asks Sudha to be
patient and sensitive. The stranger girls calls Mr Iyer and asks him to meet
her as she has something urgent. Mr Iyer asks her to come to his house but she
denies. So Mr Iyer asks her to meet outside. Mrs Iyer asks Mr Iyer why he is
worried. She tells him not to worry as she won't spend the money in shopping.
The factory manager, Dilip comes to Sudha's house and shows her the proof of
Payel's father going out early from the factory when he became ill. Sudha calls
them a liar. Raman tells Sudha that at the time of Payel's father death, she
was the company's owner. Raman tells her that Payel didn't understand who the
owner of the company was. Sudha tells that it is not possible. The heads call
Sudha to be unprofessional and fraud. They blame her for harassing Raman and
also them. Sudha tries to convince Raman to be a liar. She tells everyone that
Raman is framing her. Payel tells Sudha that her hospital is responsible for
her father's death. Sudha tries to act rude but Mani warns her of calling
Shagun's NGO people. Payel tells the truth that her father went to Sarvodaya
hospital but none of the doctors pay attention to his health. Sudha asks for
proofs and Payel says that she has it.

Ishita is finally relieved. Raman is also happy as
they have snatched Sudha's sleep. Sudha takes her gun and tells that she won't
leave Raman and Ishita.
