Manish and Akhil are trying to deal with the problem of
delay in Dr. Shah's arrival. Naitik comes there. Suspecting the stress over
their faces Naitik asks them the cause of their worry. Manish tells him that
Dr. Shah can be a bit late. Naitik gets shocked and asks what? To calm him
Manish says don't worry. Dr. Vishal is
here to take care of Naira. He'll handle her. And the surgery will begin as
soon as Dr. Shah arrives. Akhil also tries to convince Naitik and says
everything will be alright please be courageous.
Just like previous time... Naira comes over a bike for her
wedding. Naksh drives the bullet for her and she has the entry she wishes to
have. Surekha asks Naksh Kirti about the Varmala. Naksh says oh no. I forgot.

The strike against doctors is getting more aggressive. Dr.

get each private hospital if the city closed. Dr.

complete Naira's urgent surgery.
Kartik Naira's wedding is going on. Pandit asks the bride's parents to come ahead for kanyadaan. Suwarna asks Manish to move ahead
for kanyadaan. She says believing her to

then I'll be her mother always. I'll never be her mother-in-law buy even by
mistake. Manish and Suwarna do Naira's kanyadaan.
Kartik Naira moves ahead for their
'Pheras'. Kartik picks Naira in his arms. They vow to hide nothing from each
other. Next, they vow to never get
separated from each other. Third, they
promise that they'll never let their ego disturb their relation. Fourth they
promise to not to hurt their families anymore. With the completion of the
tradition of filling kumkum, Kartik Naira gets married again. Kartik says I
love you Naira. Just as Naira replies I love you too Kartik...she faints.
Naira's condition gets worse. Kartik takes Naira in his arms and rushes to doctor.
