Start Kartik Breaks Down".
Naira faints in Kartik's arms. The joy over their faces turn
into worry. Without wasting time Kartik rushes to doctor. Kartik speaks to
Naira you can't give up. You have to fight for your Kartik. Kartik shouts Dr
Sharma. He yells to call the doctor. Whole family is following him. He goes to Dr Vishal and says look doctor what
happened to my Naira. Dr asks the nurse to open OT. Kartik lays Naira on the
bed. But he doesn't want to leave Naira. He hugs her and says am waiting Naira. Nothing will happen. You'll
get well soon and return. You'll not forget me. Never. You can't forget your
frog. You are my lioness. Don't you dare to forget me? Don't cheat me. Otherwise,
you know my anger.
I'll eat up all your brain with my croak. And you've to take greetings of our wedding. Naira nothing
will happen. Dr. Vishal says Kartik we

ahead to calm down panicked Naira. Kartik shouts Naira. He asks Manish to tell
Naira that nothing will happen. She will be alright. Kartik cries. On the other
side, Naitik is also suffering from similar pain.
Dr removes all jewelry
and accessories of Naira and prepares her for the surgery. They've to clean up
her Sindoor too. Manish consoles Kartik
and say enough Kartik. Be calm. Be
courageous. Kartik says I can't. I was really afraid but I never told her.
Tears fell from my eyes but I never cried. I never cried in front of her. I
tried to be the same in front of her. But now she's going for the surgery. And
am really scared. What if she'll forget me? How I'll live? I'll die.

afraid that Naira can forget him after surgery. Suwarna says Kartik she can... But you can't.. there's

Dr. Vishal is worried
that the protestors can create trouble in Naira's surgery. When Dr. Vishal comes out from OT. He's asked about
the operation and Naira. Dr asks about Dr.
Shah. Akhil tells that his flight can be late. Dr tells them about the strike
against private hospitals and he has to do Naira's surgery as soon as possible
so he can't wait. He requests them to try to stop the protestors if they can at least until the surgery. Kartik
and Manish assure Dr that they'll not let
anyone trouble the surgery.
Dr starts Naira's surgery. Naksh tells Naitik that Dr. Shah's flight landed but the protestors are
not allowing him to get out of the airport. This news increases their stress.
With the surgery, Dr. Vishal is also worried about the strike. Standing at the door
of OT Kartik is sending his blessings to Naira and praying everything her to be
fine soon. Suhasini and Bhabimaa pray for Naira. When Bhabhimaa cries and
expresses her fear. Suhasini consoles her. Kartik is still standing at the gate
of OT and preparing himself for the consequences. His love and hope is all his
strength. Delay in Dr. Shah's arrival is
also a serious problem. Dr. Vishal moves
ahead for the most complicated part of the surgery. The cardiac monitoring
machine stops showing Naira's heartbeat. Manish is trying hard to get Dr. Shah out from the airport. Angry protestors
reach the hospital.

Hospital's light disconnects. As OT's lights also
disconnect the surgery paused. But Naira's condition is so critical that the surgery must be completed soon.
